In Enchanters chamber You can make lvl- enchant as fast as You can pich items and deposit orbs - maybe 30-40/minute. If You are only interested in Magic xp, not in pizzaz points - than You need not to pay attention to bonus shape. It can be rather fast experience. I hope You know that You get only 72.75xp instead of 97xp for lvl-6 enchant in Mage Training Arena. But nevertheless it is the cheapest magic experience.

For mage I'd suggest to have a look at the Mage Training Arena. Yes. There You will spend a lot of runes. But any stuff that You can buy for pizzaz points cost a lot of money - You can get 2 or 3 times more than You spent for runes for Mage book, for example. And all experience will be yours!
