    So would it be better to alch steel plates? Or buy rune meds for 10k then alch?

    Ok everyone says steel plates are the best f2p thing to alch, but when I do the math it doesn't add up. Ok if I alched it it would be about 1.2k but if I sold the bars used to make it, it would be 2.5k. Someone help??!?!?

    You gain tickets for every win you get in Castle Wars and the armor costs about 35 tickets, I'm not positive.
