My friend has gotten 99 str, attack and HP in about 3 months on PC. In classic it would have taken more than a year.

I never liked the idea white d hide. The "king" black dragon drops black d hide and is the strongest dragon in the game. If a white dragon comes up and his higher level then the "King" then he isn't really a king now is he?
his name isnt king dragon its king black dragon so hes the king of black dragons not all dragons

Hey guys, long time no see..Hope you are all well..
I was just wondering what the chances are of being granted the 'last chance ban appeal'? I was banned in September 2005, not for gaining an advantage, but for asking what i thought was a friend for his item as a joke, he reported me, i got banned.
Although what i did wasn't too bad, i know it was against the rules, ive just appealed yesterday.
I really hope i get granted this appeal, i was just wondering what you think the chances are? being the last chance?

you have a little chance of being unbanned because jagex doesnt ban you for asking some1 for an item... you did something worse and just dont wanna tell every1.... so u prolly wont be getting unbanned
You'd be surprised what Jagex has banned for...
ive been playing long enough to know the dum little things they ban for but i know they didnt ban this kid for saying... lemme have ur .. whip or whatever it was.... ive seen a couple mods walk around being dum saying "free st00f pl0x" they've even jokingly put it in like 2 cut scenes.... he obviously did something that deserved a ban and just doesnt wanna admit like every1 else who gets banned

items available from only the toughest of monsters- will bring new life to underutilized bosses like the kbd
id love 2 have a reason to go to the kbd again... as a classic player i have a special place in my heart for kbd.. seems like it was just yesterday kbd came out and 50k noobs were in den telegrabbing loot and d meds comin into the game was a plus too

im actually seeing a lvl 4 clue scroll coming... but the 3rd age is the god wars so probably more god items
I dont think they will be more god stuff unless its revamped good god stuff.. god items are equivalent to rune and even jagex wouldnt make something thats going to be this rare be the same as rune.

Myself, I am praying, figuratively speaking, that Dark Beasts drop some 3rd Age Items.
That out of the way I hope they make the drop " as rare as a challenge scroll from an imp," as promised, but make it out of a limited group of monsters... ie: monsters that drop level 3 clues plus the boss monsters.... or even better most monsters level 100 combat and higher.
The reason I want this is so some random noob training at dagganoth's cant get one and instantly become rich becuase I cant imagine the price of these at first. I hope Jagex doesnt mess this up and make crap armor. It be really nice if they even skipped 80 requirement armor and went to 90 cuz everyone and their mothers are 80 attack. Lets just hope the rarity alone will make these items elite.

I guess f2p is better for little kids who cant afford 5 dollars a month and wanna post a rediculous claim like this on the forums and get made fun of by people who can afford the pesky 5 dollars a month and have access to thousands of upgrades

first off jagex isnt gonna make a drop thats rarer then champ scroll from an imp and it be the same as rune..
secondly i hope dark beasts will drop these items.

Dharoks can hit over 100, 50 is just a medium hit with full dharoks, although most hits miss. Also, not a good suggestion. Stats over 99 would be very very confusing to Jagex and us.
no it wouldnt because theres so many 120 plus players now that are getting bored with the game cuz they cant do nething. when im fighting some noob 120 with 13.3m attack xp it makes me mad that i cant use the extra xp i have on him. raising stat cap would only make rs better... k thx bye

I was 101 on rsc when it ended and 106 when it jumped to rs2 with the level jump. What I get from this topic is that everyone agrees with me that level cap should be raised. When each level is millions of xp to get that will seperate these nuubs 120s with 13m xp to the greats

I never stopped playing. I just stopped playing on this computer and I stopped playing on this computer in July 04... Where does it say how much ram the cpu has?

Ok well I played Runescape on this computer for about 2 years at the end of RSC and the first year and a half of rs2 and then I got my parents cpu and used that for the last 3ish years. Runescape ALWAYS ran good on this computer when I used to play on it. I now live on my own and I once again am using this computer. I have high speed cable internet and everything runs perfect except Runescape. I tried everything on the RS website to try and fix my problem. I switched to sun java.
Problem:
The game runs smooth for like 3-5 seconds then it will like freeze- or lag for like 5-10 seconds.
The computer is an old e machines pentium 3 with Windows 2000. I know some will say buy a new cpu but Im in college and I cant really afford plus EVERYTHING runs fine on this cpu... If anyone can help me fix this problem Id appreciate it greatly
