Runescape in and of itself is not a competition. Why else would there be Pking, Clan Wars, Castle Wars, or Fight Pits? Those are competitive, but Runescape is not necessarily. One could go their entire Runescape career with all forms of communication off as well. Now, I can understand at Green drags, or in Taverley Dungeon, or at rock crabs. But at Kalphite workers? In RS, people are supposed to get along - not steal each others spot.

Pures are low levels, and hating pures just because a few of us suck is a how racism is born. Sure, a vast bunch of us spend our time in PVP worlds yelling "safer noob, GF NUB, LOL 09 PROD, LOL SW PROD, LOL SOME RANDOM PROD HERE", but that doesnt mean you should hate all pures, we have just as much entitlement to our fun as every other low leveled account. Didn't I JUST GET DONE saying how I don't hate ALL pures? Pures are NOT low levels - someone with 99 in every stat and only 20 defence is going to be higher combat than even me.

I lol'd why arn't bones like 4k yet if this is happening >_> It's because the need for Dbones still far outstrips the number sold, as 70+ prayer is basically a necessity for much of the things in Runescape. However, I had a recent task of Blue dragons, about 116, and I sold the Dbones at market and waited for the bar to immediately go green - but nope. So I hung around in the GE for a few, then got a new slayer task. In the middle of the task (jellies -.-) there was the update offer message. At MARKET price.

Not looking down on low levels - just on Pures. I hate pures. I mean, I don't even know you, you seem decent, but in general, pures are the [wagon] I meet. HOWEVER - there are some pures that are some of the people I talk with most often as they're quite nice. But in general, yeah.

I only solo (not really a big deal considering my level anyway) but I just can't stand going with a team. I don't really rush, and most other people do. I do cut all the trees and mine all the ores, then make armor or sell to the smuggler for supplies for the boss fight. I usually have gotten over 70k total by the end of a dungeon (in gp). It really does help when you have a full inventory of web snippers/ snipper potatoes for the fight.

My understanding is that in f2p, if your average combat level is below 90, you get the full exp, compared to 1/2 if you're over 90. That's why the skillers (I'm assuming they're low levels) bring up your exp. So they're helping you, but if you think they're leeching, then find someone better next time. Someone who can cook food for you guys :^_^: That's [developmentally delayed]ed rofl. Are you serious? Just because you are high level your exp gets cut in half? Jamflex did it so members can't go on F2P servers and gain massive XP. Even then, it makes no sense and is [developmentally delayed].

Similarly, how does someone logging into a spot a few minutes earlier make them any more deserving of the spot than someone else? There is no first-come-first -serve basis here, unlike in queues and such when people have already agreed upon that. Can you imagine.... OK, it will never happen, but try to imagine.... an RS where people DIDN'T STEAL SPOTS. Where they HOPPED every single time. And you might not like the hopping, but once you found an open spot, you KNEW that it was yours until you left it. Wouldn't everyone be much happier? No flaming? No spot stealing xp reducing crap? It'd do, quelmotz. It'd do.

Cutting yews is great profit, Sawmill is no profit, and Ivy is very little profit. Cooking? What? *edit:* Cutting Yews is crap profit per hour but it's the best speed to profit ratio for 99 WC (ivy is faster, mages are much much slower)
