If you go to the general section on the official forums you will notice that a sticky, belonging to a J-Mod has been hidden... Now this thread has been long locked, and it was put there by Jagex and has been around for a while. Then why did it become hidden all of a sudden ?!

I didn't understand what they meant by it... CAn someone explain it to me?

I've seen a lot of forum users around here that have a portrait picture on the left of their posts...Right under their user names. How can I put up my own picture under my name ?
