now im an old school rs player, quit like a year ago when prices of rares used to stay steady for at least a few weeks before they made any drastic changes, but recently as iv slowy weemed my way back into rs iv noticed that rare prices change like every hour or so.. is this a normal thing these days?

i think its a good drawing - the shoes lol but i think you need to rethink your proportions i mean his arms are thicker than his head lol, and the hat makes it look [developmentally delayed]ed lol, no offence intended
