I find a marathon, lightweight + tac knife is the easiest way to get miles run with marathon and lightweight, short of not playing the game and just running around at an out of the way area of the maps.
A great deal of my loses are from joining games with little time left and I'm on the losing team or leaving because a team is so abysmal I can't stand it.
