Well welcome to jagex and the hush hush I too was banned while my account was looked at from what they say. I got a auto reply moving me from perm ban to last chance without reason or the chance to appeal the fact that I had broke no rules known to me. I have asked for reasons and being given nothing. I was a die hard runescape player with crazy stats almost sub-human lmao. I now have asked for my account to be disabled and giving everything away that I had in my bank. I think jagex should be able to say when there wrong and start to think of ways that could make customers feel more appreciated. The fact that even if after the whole matter was taken care of the prayers were still at a lost in stat ranks and posible drops or money made from whatever they would have done while stuck waiting. Oh btw jagex can change or give items/xp but choose not too.

I got banned as well with out a reason been 2 days without a reply. I think that maybe a jmod was quitting or something and just did mass ban. I have no idea how long it will take for them to repair the great wrong they have done :-(. I hope to hear new's here from ppl as they get there char back from jagex tho plz. I hate the fact we can't talk about it on rs that just total bs. 124 and 3 years gone crazy not to be able to say something about it

I got banned too with no idea why and sent in like 7 reports and complaints about it. I still haven't got a reply from jmod or even a auto reply about this yet. I got banned some time on the 9th of oct. Now the 11th and no word nothing happening to fast thats forsure.
