It's part of the 'Rag and Bone Man' update. They tweaked some of the armours so it flows with the character's animations better.

I got my Fire Cape a week ago. It took me 11 tries.. 5 times dying to the 702 Jad, and 6 times actually LAGGING a few rounds before the Jad. I never gave up. When I was in round 62, my computer lagged.. but it didn't lag enough to actually lose connection. I thought to myself that I was screwed, and I shouldn't care about the cape anymore. Round 63 came.. I put ranged protect on.. he shoots me off screen with a magic attack -- hits a 48. I found him, drank Sara brews while protecting from the right prayers... After around a minute of calming down and healing, I started to shoot him with my fully charged Crystal Bow. A minute later, 3 of the 4 healers came and started healing the Jad. I attacked them one-by-one, while protecting from the Jad's attacks. The healers come and start attacking me, and they've managed to knock my HP down to 10.. I drank a few more pots of Sara Brews, and Super Restores. I thought to myself 'screw this'.. so, when the Jad used the Magic attack, I ran across him -- blocking the healers on the other side so they don't attack me. A few minutes later, the Jad dies...!

Ah, well. We can't do anything about this. *Shrugs* I guess we could have a few more thousand newbies to deal with.

I personally think that this will not be a future ad for RuneScape -- It'll just be like a re-direct from MoFunZone. Something similar to MiniClip

I've tried to get the Fire Cape yesterday, but I failed. I've managed to get to the 702 and killed him HALFWAY! Then, the healers came. I tried shooting them, so they come and chase me -- and not heal the Jad. Instead, I f**ked up on prayer, got hit a 64.. f**cked up on prayer again, got hit a 36. So, I'm down to 4HP, the healers are after me.. I didn't see Jad's legs since he was off screen. (My Mistake.) I hear a 'fire spell' sound, so I protected from mage.. but I was too late to switch. He finishes me off.. I die, receiving 4024 tokkul. Though, during that trip, I've managed to get 82 ranged. 8) I haven't REALLY tried, but in the picture.. you can see the Jad is at the Northwest corner of the Fight Caves. When he's in that area, can he still be able to hit me? (I was running to the SW corner when he did the mage attack. :() I know my inventory isn't THAT great, but it DID get me to the 702. -- I died with 10 Prayer pots left over.. so.. I could replace some of that with sharks. Trip 4 later today. Here's a picture of the level 108 healers you could use for your guide. Sorry I couldn't get the combat level or name. I know it's really small, but that's the best I could get. You could make the white background transparent if you want. I don't have any paint software on this computer to make it transparent myself.
