  1. Fastest would be Dharoking on Undeads in Ape Atoll underground.

-Living rock creatures are terrible for training

-Slayer for experience is not great, but not bad either. You're not going to be getting the fastest rates

    -Bandits are awful

-Combat pots are awful, super strength and attacks aren't expensive at all

-Training on controlled defeats the purpose of OP wanting to train purely strength exp, don't give him advice otherwise

-Don't tell OP to train Attack and Defence when he's asking for strength advice (this mainly applies towards Defence, but can be applied to Attack to). Depending on what he does, those two skills might be useless to him

  2. The DYK was actually wrong. A few of the gathering quests such as Doric's Quest, Cook's Assistant, and Witch's Potion can be completed within a few game ticks.

When I wrote that I took into consideration the time making the items for the quest, depends how you look at it.

Above poster got it in before me =D>

  3. IIRC With monkey greegrees you still have to go through the long drawn out process of getting the items back then taking them to get them made.

Yep, I've quit before and dropped my greegrees a couple of years ago and to this day I still haven't gotten the greegree back

  4. There's only really a couple things I would do on F2P that's worthwhile, those being

    -Firemaking

    -Fist of Guthix for tokens

-Great Orb Project for Runecrafting Tabs

Although that''s just me, I'd personally just not play F2P altogether, lol (No offense to you free players!)

  5. about 260crims/1k bursts, 350/1k barrages with sol.

i recommend bursting: its price wise the best option. might be bit less mage xp tho, but since ur going for crims...

Barraging is cheaper than bursting and you get more exp/hour..

I'm confused... How can it be cheaper?

    (I'm also interested in barraging/bursting since I need 93 summ + 94 mage)

And whats the average p pot usage for 1k? If any

Barrage is about 2.4k a cast, burst is like 1.2k a cast but you get far more experience per cast with barrage than burst so the gp/xp is cheaper for barrage (at least it was, when I did it)

4 more prayer pots in my yak.

I keep mage protect on at all times, not because of prime but rather to filter out the mage spino attacks. Prayer drains really low with this setup and it really it amazing for me I find.

If you want me to post my familiar BOB don't hesitate to ask.

I last about ~3 hours with this setup, and only have to leave because I run out of yak time and/or antipoison time. Left with around 2 prayer pots and 3 hours is a perfect amount of time for me because I don't want to stay they forever you know ;)

  8. Back in my day we didn't have people bragging about how long they played.

Exactly. Here I am wondering why people enjoy telling how long they've played for, when most likely they haven't even been playing that long >_>

  9. and there hasn't been any major fluctuation from the 4-5k price range, besides maybe a special case when the ancient curses bumped it up to the 6-7k area, but it settled down after that.

Actually, they were rising at around 2-3k before curses. (Because Jagex announced a prayer update.)

When curses came out, they rose to 4-5k and havent gone under 4.5k since if im not mistaken.

Prayer is ridiculous at the moment, and I dont see myself ever spending 150m from 95 to 99.

My mistake then. Guess I've been so accustomed to these prices that I forget how cheap they used to be

  10. There will be a point where the price of dragon bones is too unreasonable you can say for players to pay, and that's when the price declines. What you've described has already been happening for years, and there hasn't been any major fluctuation from the 4-5k price range.

What you've not factored in however, is hoarders. There's more dragon bones in the market out there than you think.

So in short no, dragon bones will never continue to rise and rise and rise without falling. The price of the bones will always remain under the price of the better bones that can be offered, Ourg and Dagannoth.
