I'm F2P myself, but I don't believe that Snare should be added to the F2P mage's arsenal. Why? It's simple. It would make no difference. Mages hardly ever PK alone, and those who do are usually unsuccessful. However, mages are extremely powerful in teams. If you are in a three person team, with 2 meleers and one mage, the mage could keep the target continually bound with Bind, just as well as with Snare, if she is proficient enough at timing. Sure, 2 Binds do cost 4 nature runes, compared with 3 for Snare, but that's a lousy reason to introduce a new spell into the game. I think you guys just aren't that good at timing Binds :D
