I always take black d hide and Ava's Auccumulator. If you lose them you can get them back very cheap. The Bolts I recommend are ruby(e) and diamond(e). Maybe I gonna try dragon(e) later.

Many are praying against magic attacks in spite of using protection prayers are useless, becasue it ignores your defence stats and prayer!

PLease add that prayer doesn't work.

Like with every boss in RuneScape it is a good idea to make a cyrcle around the boss, so it spinns and the damage is divided to the players, insted of 1 having t tank. EDIT: Anyone knows if the savle ammy works on it? Because that would be awesome!!!

Oh. I never saw it doing melee hits. But you must be right, becasue the monster examine would be 0 or something like that then. But protection prayers are still useless. But some think that protection from magic helps

Only Magic and ranged. But protection prayers do NOT help.

With magic. It doesn't really use melee. And I know that the monster examine form the Lunar Spells shows the melee max hit. -.- Maybe everyone should post the highest hit he/she has seen done by him and post it. I think it is 65, as I haven't seen higher hit's so far.
