ok im going to let you in on a little secret. No one is gonna sell you a pixel for 29k unless its a stick figure with a stick sword.

Umm horizon looks real flat :/ dont know how to fix. Waves are going in all directions...try to have one base direction make the left arm under the guys head like the right arm because hand looks weird. Make the line on the fishing pole go all the way down (erase the hook and draw more line) Yet another awesome pixel by you 8.5/10

besides the fact that there is a sticky that sig is HUGE..max size is 150 pixels in height and 300 pixels in width with the file size of 30kb
