I've been training my (low level) magic skill recently so that I can teleport, especially while PKing in the wild. Being a warrior, because of all the armor I wear, my magic is roughly -60. My question is... when you teleport, is it possible for it to fail sometimes like the attack spells do?

It's a random event, it happened to me while I was mining rune essence.
