i saw the black knights, but there's no Lord Daquarius, just a bunch of magic axes. did I miss somthin in the quest?

Ok, so mabye i'm just lame, but i cannot seem to find the Black Knight Headquarters for the "Wanted!" quest. :oops: some1 plz help.
