i can't help you with the 70 range but i can tell you the best way to make 12m is building ep up then get a friend if you do not have a friend make a friend ;) and do 27k's i made 9m yesterday in 2hrs :

i just use plain old rune armor and neit. helm and they rarely hit....

i can not kill az's do to i have'nt done the quest to do the quest to kill them so im not going to bother with them, :
