Best to do a skill that is about 200k xp/hr. You'll get 100k xp in the half hour, which will get you the 50k bonus xp.

You can tele there then pop in and out of the cave quickly and still get the 10% but can you do that with ovls in your inven? You just can't drink the overloads while in the wildy.
