  1. Hmm I have never heard of anyone trying to take broken axes to Entrana... Not sure if an axe head or handle would count as a weapon. You try and tell us? :P I suspect that the handle MAY be regarded as a weapon, since it can be equipped. And, by the way, you can bring an unstrung bow and a string, AND arrows, and attach the string once you are in the dungeon. So, if your ranged and fletching are reasonably high, you can try this.
  2. Not sure about Runescape, but outside of RS, "splash damage" means about the same as "area damage", in other word, it is an attack that damages not just a single target, but every target within a certain radius. It is a rather well-known expression in gaming world. E.g. "Grenades do splash damage" etc.
  3. No, it doesn't seem to be a part of Win2k. ME was multimedia-oriented, and Win2k is not. But anyway, I got my solution already.
  4. Well, I don't happen to use Win XP, and I don't think Win2k has one. How is it called?
  5. Well, if Vegas is as good as Sound Forge, it must be worth whaterver it costs. However, I don't need anything that complicated at this moment :)
  6. Thanks for the tip. I have Virtualdub, but I haven't thought about using it in this capacity. I only used it to compress videos with different codecs. But on closer examination, it does have the clipping function. And it can surely handle large files, because one of its main functions it applying codecs to uncompressed files, which may be very large.
  7. I am looking for a simple video editing software. I don't need a lot of functions. All I basically need is cutting/clipping. However, the software should be able to handle fairly large files (the one I am currently working with is 7+ gigs). If possible, it must be a freeware or non-restrictive shareware/trial version. Any sugestions?
