okay... i dont know where on earth did i get this from... but this is REALLY ANNOYING!!!! about every half minutes.. a chinese website auto open up with IE. after it open up, it refreshes itself every 30 sec!!! so other window just auto minimize and let he stupid website open up! i mean jeez..... what on earth is going on! #-o i scanned with ad-aware...fine something that has a rating of 8.. i deleted it. but the samething just keep coming back again fro some reason... im currently scanning with Norton... and it find nothing...so is there anyway to solve this problem?!?! if u can TYVM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok my mom had a old labtop..(well not that old.. brought in 2000) now the Norton Internet sercurity is expired. so she decided to remove it. everything seems fine, but when it's uninstalling, the computer suddently shut down for no reason.. when she open the computer again, and try to continue the uninstall , the problem occurs... it just appear a window with tones of "?" marks on it. and only botton is "ok" and since we dont know wat on earth it's tryin 2 say... we just ignored it.. but here comes the problem.. we cannot logon to internet. we tried using cable and wireless, everything we open IE or firefox, the Norton Internet Sercurity thing just appear.. says something like: " ????? win32/host/??????????Mozilla Firefox???" and..of course we can't access to internet. we tried to system restore, does nothing but make it worst. now we can't even uninstall any program or install any program.. the Norton is 2004 version, expired over 1 year.. so.. any 1 know wat the problem is..? :-k

system restore is no good for ur hard drive. but however, u can just delete ur IE7 then reinstall it using firefox. that's wat i did. cuz when it auto updated, there is always a blank page pop up.. i gto annoyed..so i deleted it and reinstalled it. now it works fine.

everytime the update icon pop up, i click install, and guess wat.. nothing happens.. after 2 mins it just disappear.. adn next day the same icon pop up again... i tried to disable norton but didn't seems to help.. any1 know wats the problem? can i get the update from java website? is so.. where? cuz i didn't find it..lol
