Yes, it's what jwrm22 is saying. It's part of the new (well a while ago now) graphical update of the wiz tower. The wizard for that quest does some magic or whatever(can't remember the quest now) over it that you can actually see now. Ok that was a bad explanation, but along those lines. Basically I saw a low level doing the quest and thought ''Oh that must be a new update''. lol Also the same goes for the witch in Draynor when she makes dyes, I recently noticed.

Most annoying times : When I have a full inventory of whatever items. I always have to drop something, when either recieving the reward afterwards or during it, eg. the Prison Pete one(need to pick up keys). I only seem to get randoms, recently in particular, with a full inventory! Argh! It annoys me. lol

I find it silly when people complain about changes like that, (like when Falador 'turned white' aswell) because you (nearly) always get used to them in the end. Same with everything in life basically:P I've simply gotten ''used to it'', despite that at the time I said I never would, lol. Actually, those emote pictures- I still can't memorize where each one is. Just the word 'Wave' for example, I found much easier to spot.

I suppose overall, over my rs career(lol) I've been nomadic. But I've had homeworlds in the past, but only staying on them for a month or so at the most and that was when I was f2p. Since being a member, strangly, I go in different worlds everytime I log in; Though I did that in f2p aswell a lot. On top of that I usually pick the emptiest ones. Ok, basically I've done/do a bit of everything. :P

To me, the Construction one shouts, Doctor Who's Tardis! Don't like that emote much though. I also like the Agility one now. :thumbsup:

Wow those are amazing! :D A couple are a bit odd but still...amazing. Prayer, Quest in particular but others too.

At around combat 20-30 ish I found a Rune Battleaxe, around 1k law runes, 700 cosmic runes and 650k gp in a corner of Draynor bank. I was over the moon! lol. I have no idea if someone was drop trading or not, bit silly place to do it. :-k Now I sometimes find rather good things but it doesn't mean as much to me anymore.
