    I think that Jagex should make the skill capes a members only item it would not only creat another comadity that the f2p players would want but it would also premote the membership program. I also think the there should be a quest for each cape so the even macroers would have trouble completing to make it more of a challenge to get and discourage macroing altogether. Also I wanna congartulate the writer of the artical for writing such an insipirering piece of work Kudos to you friend...
