atestarossa's idea works but it can be hard unlesss you use the P2P Official forums. But you can do it, my friend did and got a lot of money from it, but it doesn't raise any skills.

As far as I know there isn't an unofficial world for nat running and as other people have said you should check the RS Forums for running companies. Plus if you want RC xp craft them, if you want to save money run for them or if you have enough money and don't mind paying buy them - it's a lot quicker :)
