Turmoil is overrated. Get 95 if you can afford to waste the money and can get your herblore high enough for extremes/overloads (assuming you don't lready have the required level). Nevermind then, I guess you answered the second half of my comment :3

i find ankou's in the security stronghold to be pretty decent lvl 3 clue dropper's, and decent training there only lvl 75 with a max hit of 8 so pretty easy, other then them there's dragon's 0.0

hmm, well with those i'd say your best bet is to cut yew's/willow's and sell maybe try and kill monster's that drop lvl 3 clue scroll's and hope you get good reward's

well what are all your skill lvls?

i'd say mith drag's are your best bet :/ i've tried for hours trying to get off rhe barbarian's, skeleton's and spirit's in the new cavern and no chewed bones, now i'm gonna go get a guthix staff just to kill 1 mithril dragon 0.0 bagh i wanted to wait till i got 85 mage for a god stave but i guess 80 will have to do ^^

well i was rummaging those bone's for hour's and no chewed bone's :/ guess i'll go do mage arena and get me a guthix staff to use charge with to kill a drag then

bagh, i gotta kill a mith drag :/ gonna be hard for a lvl 81 with mediocre melee stat's, 63 range and 80 mage isn't too bad, ahh well lol

yea well in the south, past the little safe spot just above the part with all the brutal green drag's is a skeleton on the floor, i heard you need to rummage through these to find chewed bones, mangled are no use as you get attacked when you use them on the pyre boat thingy i'm perm muted so i can't ask anyone in game and i've been rummaging through them for hour's :/ i havn't found them by killing anything either so i'm guessing there just a rare drop or whatever ><
