Well if your going to buy a computer, buy a good computer lol. Save up your money and buy an AlienWare. Its one of the best computers out there, so just give save up some cash and buy you an AlienWare and just give him your computer. But if you want to save some money, build your own computer or if you don't know how to build a computer, go to your local computer shop and price some stuff to make a good computer and have them build it for you, but having them build it for you might cost you more. If you are looking for a notebook, which i don't perfer you do because they are harder to update/upgrade them. Thanks Cyber_Demon12

Yes, it probably has something to do with your motherboard. One of my old computers had the same problem when i upgraded it to Windows XP and I have tried all those you stated above and i got tired of it so i just got rid of the motherboard. Anyways, just take it into a computer tech place like the other guy said and have them take a look at it. You could just be missing a jumper or something on your motherboard could of gotten corrupted... Thanks Cyber_Demon12

Do you have any clue what you're talking about? Websites that use PHP use it to generate, guess what, HTML. They are 2 completely different languages. Unless I'm way behind the times, and somebody just ripped HTML our from under us last night, you can't just replace HTML with pure PHP and have a working website... So funny, I do know what I am talking about...Read it again and check up on the stuff because it doesn't seem like you know what your talking about. Thanks Cyber_Demon12

Ok, for one, your computer cannot run windows xp with your system you have. You can check here and it will tell you what the minimum system requirements for Windows XP Pro. If your computer is running Windows XP Pro with that computer seriously, then it must lagg like heck. You should be able to run Windows ME on that system though. You can check here to make sure. But if I were you and that computer will run Windows XP Pro, then it is kind of stupid to downgrade your comptuer to Windows Me aka Windows Millennium. Thanks Cyber_Demon12

Hey, just learn PHP. It is way better than HTML and if you use PHP, your site will load faster than if you used HTML. So go check it out and learn it even though it is a little harder than HTML, you will benefit from it. ;) Thanks Cyber_Demon12
