I think you should make it so that the foot doesn't show on the picture, because otherwise it looks like his legs and torso are tiny. edit: also, since he's wearing a big pelt/fur as a cape, I think you should try to place him in a colder climate. The rest is nice, maybe you could make the pelt/fur brown instead of blue too.
