I need to find Kruk and I'm having a hard time finding the towers to get over to him. I see the vine that stretches over the river but do I use that? Please help!!

i still can't find them does anyone have any advice? I've entered every cave in that area and it just pops me somewhere else each time I enter. I am usually good at quests but I can't find these stupid kids!!

Where do you find the children to discover they use the bellows?? I've searched everywhere!!!
