  6. image linked and hidden because of mods. [hide]http://fc06.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2011/278/4/f/potion_class_by_k_rocket-d4byncy.jpg[/hide] :ohnoes: i only shave when I wear stockings.. or jeans. firefox. chrome is bad because google tracks you. The kind of attacks perpetrated on this site were not the kind that could give you a virus anyway. Unless you clicked on a link someone posted here you didn't get a virus from here. Also, luck has nothing to do with computer security. If a trusted site is hacked, then it will usually be fixed in short order. That's what makes it a trusted site. The only time I could exactly pinpoint the source of a virus was a particular page on Deviantart a few years ago. It has only happened maybe three or four times in total, and the two recent instances had ( in timing) three sites in common, one of which was Tip.it. Obviously that's not the source of either. I realize that DDoS attacks are not inherently harmful to the user of a site, but a call for a generalized attack could attract the attention of someone with the means and will to somehow attach a virus to a site. Again, I am now confident that this wasn't the cause, but no harm in verifying. And as policy I no longer click outgoing links, except to something like Youtube. my friend at work got a link for a free ipad on her phone at http://android.com-2011.com/ [free ipad] if i knew nothing about how domain names work.. i would have.. thought.. it was.. real... i can verify 100% that he is in fact.. female.
