  1. The scimitar is a little faster, allowing you to get a few more hits on your enemy. So the scimmy is definitely better for training. For pking, its another story. I personally like the long for these reasons: 1)The long is more accurate (higher slash) than scimmy 2)The long has a decent stab attack while the scimmy has barely any.(making it more versatile) 3)The long has a higher stre bonus, allowing you to hit 1-2 pts higher. 4)The long is less popular, and is therefore cheaper. The long is 15-20k, 25k at most. While scimmy ranges from 25-30k.
  2. Ok, my favorite skill is mining (71 hope for 85). But thats just my opinion. Here are what i think of the skills you have: Mining: You have 55 mining, enough to go for mith or coal. Slow exp and cash, but if u get smithing 50, then mith bars can make a big profit. Of course you could just stick with iron mining. Woodcutting: For now, you can cut willows for cash, as well as exp. I estimate in 10k willows or something you should be able to cut yews. Be warned: yews are good for money making, but are plagued with bots. Fishing: Easiest, but very very monotonous. I think you should just fish raw lobs and sell 230-250gp ea.
  3. It opens a muddy chest in the lava maze i think. It doesnt give you much, just some runes and gems.
  4. Minotaurs in stronghold of security. Lvl 27s, 22hp, and best of all they drop iron arrows. So you can train virtually forever without needing more arrows. And they r not aggressive.
  5. My favorite place to train range is on minotaurs in the stronghold of security. Theres a nice fence to hide behind, and is crowded with dozens of lvl 27 minotaurs. But i like it because they drop iron arrows, so i never have to buy any arrows at all. So if u haven't bot the arrows already, i recomend save urself money and try this place. But if u really want to power range, try varrok sewers(skeletons), hobgoblins near crafting guild, or if ur high range, do lessers.
  6. Actually, merchanting ores is pretty good in my opinion. But if you dont like that, you can try bigbones. Try to get bbones for 300-350 and sell arpund 380-400, 450 if you can. But whatever you do, stay away from merchanting trimmed armors...There just arent enough buyers to merchant quickly.
  7. All the stats that philip said is true. Except that i disagree that longbow is inferior to short bow. The short is faster, and better for training. But for pking, you might need the long. For example, if ur frozen or bound (mage), u will need a long to reach the mage. Shorts usually cant do this, i know this from experience.
  8. Yea, u can get them blessed. Take as many unblessed ones as you can, go to the monastery(prayer guild whatever), go upstairs(31 prayer req) and go left to brother Jared. Just talk to him and he'll bless them for you. But its annoying to do this, because he only blesses them one at a time, so it takes a million years to get just one load blessed. Not worth your time...
