Or, maybe he was high alching, and the frogs teled him at the time he was performing the spell. yes, the third age range armor is slightly better (but not much more than blk dhide) defencewise. I didnt calculate the range attk bonus, but remember that tt stuff are generally about showing off than being combat effective. Umm...not sure about range armor, but try full kharils+x-bow, ranger boots, and a glory. Not exactly cost effective lol.

Not true, sorry bud. Stronghold of Security is a minigame. Actually, it isnt a minigame. For one thing, i distinictly remember jagex describing the thing in a "behind the scenes" as a training ground. And besides, there really isnt any 'game' to the stronghold other than the initial spelunking. You can still die and lose items, you dont get rewards, there isnt even a set goal inside the place. Like i said, its just a training ground( a good one at that :thumbsup: )

Hmmm....i never knew that part of Sony's history. Makes me respect them more. Still, we can see a noticeable impact on Sony's record by their near-total failure of PS3 launch (or at least lack of success, they are after all sold out - except not enough sold at no profit). These days really make the PS series look as if they are going to die... :-k Well back on topic. I wanted to point out why i have the Halo series as among my favorite. Graphics: Well, Halo1 wasnt phenomenal, but it wasnt bad either. Halo 2 was much better in terms of lighting,textures character design, and area graphics and such, as well as improving on more trivial things. True, it wasnt exactly the best there was, but it was nice to look at. Gameplay: This is where the game shines. The run'n'gun, close combat frantic fighting makes for some of the most fun FPS experiences ever. We can see this especially in the multiplayer aspect, perhaps the best the xbox has to offer (and thats saying something, owing to Live). The singleplayer is fun too. The near constant fight to stay alive and the desire to finish ur goals is a very fun mix. Level design: This was a major problem for halo1, because the same background, textures, etc were repeated over and over. Halo2 improved this, but didnt remove it. But the basic design in the game was great. There were new weapons when u needed to use them, new enemies in dramatic locations, dark areas for suspense and bright areas for pitched battles. Classic, but not perfect. Halo3 maybe? AI: I was dissapointed here. The ai is as dumb as a rock in halo1. They all just stand there shooting you, and dont even think of cover in half the fights. Halo2 is sort of better there, but what i really found good was the funny lines that ur ai buddies would tell u in casual conversation, just hundreds of them. The fan base...: I hear lots of compaints of the fans of halo2 being too rabid or too narrowminded. But i admit...its true -.- .... But think of it the other way, the fact that such a large base exists at all is an achievement in its own right?

yes p2p, because the barbarian outpost is towards the top right (north western) corner of the map, which is in p2p territory. Besides, minigames are p2p only.

I recommend increasing all ur stats for easily defeating elvarg. Attk and def till 40, and get rune stuff if u can afford it. If not full rune with chain, just a scimitar with full addy will do. U can be pretty confident of killing her then, and a few lobs will help... PS: am i the only one who thought elvarg was hard? I was lvl 54 with full rune(chain) then, and i used nearly 20 lobs!

i believe the max with lvl 99 range is 29, but im not sure with lvl 81 sry.

From wat ive heard, rings of wealth actually DONT help. THis is because ROWs help bring drops that are worth more gp, but defenders are 0gp, and so u have a lower chance of getting it. But its a theory, its not like ive tested it myself.

train ur rc up...seriously. Then do some construction and herblore. What i recommend: get ALL stats to lvl 70 at least. That, or go pking/minigames for fun.

try merchanting small rifraff while u train ur skills up. Or go total merchanting extravaganza, spend ur 1mil on the deaths and chaos runes in the rune store, and sell it for ur money back and good profit.

Yeah i knew it, and it is pretty good in theory for training. But like said before, it takes too much time to make. It would probably cost around 500gp each to get ppl to cook em, so most folks would rather sticks with lobsters. [on a related note, the most exp for f2p is given by chocolate cakes i think, but that , for the same reason as pizzas, are also not cooked for exp]

I assume ur gonna use blood spells as opposed to guthans. I can tell u now that from wat ive heard, this is a BAD idea :shame: . The 25% healing power doesnt match up to the 100% healing of guthans. Also, like mEB said, some of those creatures have high mage def, especially the lvl 180 rangers, the lv360 ket-zeks, and jad himself[ :shock: ]. So...unless ur going for the lowest lvl to finish the caves(which u cant, ur too high already), then id tell u to try something new. Maybe get ur def, attk, and range to 70 (60 prayer wud help), then get guthans and some crystal bows to power ur way thru the caves. If not, ill be at ur funeral :boohoo: . [Oh and btw, cut those rangers some slack. THis is the only place they actually get to shine over the other combat styles : ]

the best deals are in the lumby general store. Every time i walk in there, theres an abundance of arrows, nature/chaos/death runes, raw fish, uncut and cut gems, and bronze-steel bars. I usually get raw fish and sell em back cooked, then grab wat else i can.

Thx to those dudes were sharing how to macro....Those of us who dont really appreciate it... :evil: And technically, the fact that so many bots are lvl 3s sort of lets us clump every lvl 3 whos wcing yews as an auto. WE dont hate them because of their combat lvl or because they're 'nooby', but because of the way they break the rules so blatantly. Actually, im seeing an increase in higher lvl autoers. A year ago, there were only lvl 3s, but now im seeing lvls 10s and 20s even cutting yews. Ive seen a pattern in the way most bots are killed during their 'jobs' (oh, its most satisfying). Usually, when an aggresive npc like a tree spirit pops up, the bots just run. But when a random meant for conversation comes, like rick turnpike or that-pirate-i-dont-remember, they seem to just stand there. Eventually, they get crossbowed to death. Im not sure why this pattern plagues most bots, but maybe jagex might want to manipulate this to get more of this darn cheaters...

really? thats way over wat i thot. cuz i figured id take 2 mins per trip, and 9 bars per load times 30 trips in an hour = just 270 bars per hour. maybe its 1 minute per trip? then it wud be 540, but i dunno, ive never really timed it.

yea i think thats wat most barrow[ers?] do. Its supposed to increase ur chances a lot, even thot its still low after doing it twice. But its near nil if u dont, so i recommend u do it. BTW: theyre not clones, im not sure why ppl call em that.
