dragon is just a little better than rune....and i for one think that most barrows looks better than dragon anyway. i say walking around in guthans shows that u actually do some fighting, and not some sissy merchanter. my opinion.... :roll:

willow comps r somewhere like 250-350k, and sometimes even 450, but thats cuz us f2p are da best bogus merchanters ever. And its a rare item, with more buyers (mems have mage comp, so yew is not that big). And most importantly, its easy to trick ppl with, icuz its price changes so rapidly. I dont think it really has a fixed price yet.

The boneyard works, and contray to wat u may think, ur chance of getting pked is low (much lower with protect prayer too). Or, the chapms guild chicken garden-coop thingy works, and also gives a little cook and combat exp, and tones of feathers.

Neither: Rimmington is the best choice for exp. Its got like a dozen trees on its coast, with empty straight lines perfect for fming. Unless u mean banking the logs, which i guess wud be draynor. Regardless, rimmington u can cut the fastest because its uncrowded.

well if u plan on getting things done by wc alone (aka lvl grinding or cash), i think the slight speed increase (was it 1/3 increase?) will be worth it. Not if ur gonna be balanced in all skills. Of course there is that showing-off-with-a-fancy-axe u mite want to consider.

Water runes range from 15-20 ea from the forums, and as high as 25 in the trading worlds. In the port sarim store they go for around 7-12. I recommend u buy from stores if ur on a budget, i do it all the time. On a side note, bodies are 10-15 on the forums, and around 18-20 in the trading worlds. But as low as 3-5ea in stores. This u definitely must get from stores.

I have mixed emotions about curses. Once i stocked up 13k bodies and 26k waters, and sat in the white knights castle casting curses for nearly 2 weeks. So if ur feeling like u want to have a traumatic experience too, i say go for it! [u literally count the minutes go by... i recommend fire strike despite the cost]

Fire bolt is most definitely not the best spell to train with! I recommend u sell all ur chaos and get minds instead to use fire or earth strike. Ull keep a fortune in ur pocket in the expense of maybe a weeks worth of training. Oh, i recommenend white knights for training mage. Their full armor lets them get hit easily.

The willow bows are generally 200-225k each. U may see the random foolhardy merchanter going for 400, but that price is dissapearing quickly nowadays(its getting more common).

1. It's a bow dropped by the dagganoth king supreme (or maybe all three). It gives +69 range bonus i think, same as mlb i believe. Its special (which is 100% drain) drops ur opponent's mage lvl drop by the number u hit. 2. 650k-700 atm, but im not sure exactly. 3. Depends. For training it is horrible, because of its slow rate of fire. Its obvious use is in pking. In 1 on 1, if u use the special an enemy mage will be terribly crippled. Look at it this way: if u come across a mage using ice barrage, all u have to do is hit at least 6, and his mage drops lvl 93 or lower and he can no longer use that spell. In such cases the seercull is priceless because of the incredible danger its special is to enemy mages.

gda scooby's advice is a good one. listen to it. If money is wat ur after, there are easier ways to get it b4 lvl 85 mining. make it gradual. Maybe if u make this whole month's goal to get lvl 85, itll seem less daunting than the next three days' goal to reach lvl 85.

Well if ur gonna train with food like that, i suggest u go for weaker monsters. I wud get out of the wildy cuz i wud feel uncomfortable training there, but if u want to there are those low level hobgoblins and skeles in lower lvls of wildy

lessers maybe if ur f2p. watch out, they have decent attack, but u can always fish for food nearby, or if ur mem, use the tzhaar bank.

There are like 4 or 5 yews sitting in a clump in rimmington. No ones ever heard of this for some reason. There are usually around 5 macros chopping em, but there are enough yews to satisfy u even with them around.

Or in simpler terms, whatever u hit on ur enemy, will be the same amount that heals ur hp. So if u hit 20, ull heal 20hp. Note that this effect is random, and does not occur 100% of the time.

Well urs 1 question is answered. AS for ur 2nd question, the problem is that u dont click on ur runes and "use" them with ur target to fire a spell. U go to ur spell book, (its the picture of a book to the far right of ur inventory icon). If u have enough of the right runes, the image of the correct spell will light up in ur list of spells, and u just click on the lighted image and then on ur target. ps: OR u cud use the autocast option with staffs. Get a staff (example: of air, fire earth or water, or more if ur mem) then click on the attack style list, which is the picture of crossed swords to the far left of ur inventory icon. Choose one of the two options to autocast, and if u have the correct runes, u may choose one of the lighted images of the spell. From then on,u will automatically use the spell u chose whenever u click on an enemy.

Well its nice that u found a new range training spot but i found this place not so great for the following reasons: -This place is not exactly the easiest to reach (somwhere in 2nd lvl of stronghold of security) -Theres only 2 monsters within range... -flesh crawlers dont drop anything, except staff bottoms -the minotaurs right underneath are much better, especially because they satisfy the above three conditions better

Cooking lobs doesnt seems too bad. Its just that id rather get fish exp too, and would rather not lose that little cash. But ill try it out anyway.

Hmm dont think rcing is that good. The 140 exp gained from rcing 28 ess doesnt hold up against cooking (swordies are 140 too) and fming (yews 202.5). And also remember that i have to pay the runners wat, 2k? As opposed to the 300 ea of swordies and yews. THe only benefit i see is the small profit made, if any...
