If anything I would think phat prices would drop.. :? I'm pretty sure a lot of p hats dissappeared hence making them rarer.... I don't see how they could decrease - If all the people who got banned had a lot of money and were the ones pushing the prices, it would mean that they had tonnes of hats obviously if they were buying them, and would have spent all of their cash on them.

I was going through my old data-back ups and found a folder full of kills. When in rune, i was using Playa--2c. I used him 2002. (stopped using him at 60 45 81). In monks robes/steel i was using M A L T A. Used him end of 2003/first half of 2004. (stopped using him at 72 6 82). Enjoy.

When i first started, there was no tutorial. The first thing i did was walk over, near the cows in Lumby. I was getting killed, but i had no idea what was going on, and i obviously died. I then spent the next 2 or 3 weeks in lumby, exclusively killing cows and goblins. It was then that the wilderness was introduced, and i was safe in the normal world. I then discovered how big the world was, when one of my friends who had played for a long time took me to varrock, then RS really began for me. I remember getting excited on buying my addy plate (it was 40k back in the day), getting excited on seeing the first rune large, seeing the first rune plate, seeing the first rune square, and see the first lvl 100 (quanton?? or however you spell it).

I remember some of the names everyone has mentioned, the best that i have seen mentioned were: About the rune pures: Picton - Was king of the castle, and always will be i reckon. Daakpunk - Owned everyone, i remember seeing him 3 hit Rs Mafia twice in 5 mins, on the first attack both times. Pure 69 and all the high lvl 70 rune pures he rolled with, like Fly Venom, etc were pretty cool too. Everyone keeps mentioning Poets Rules, i dunno why. He was well known to everyone for some reason, but i can't remember him owning everyone, he was just an ordinary castle pker to me. Pures under 40 defence: Everyone goes on about A S H L E Y, i think that her stats gained her attention, not here ability. I fought her several times, and i was a nobody and she never got near piling me. Kalamies007 used to border fight all of the time, or run and log if he couldn't border. I remember once i was training at Graveyard, someone threatened to call X K I D X if i didn't leave, so i told him too. X K I D X came, i owned his [wagon] and he logged. I think he also has his fame due to his stats not ability. I'd say the best pker under 40 def (stat + ability), definately Cianna / wint0nic. Even though i hated her with a passion, i must admit if Lil [girls] was with her team (Maddeath, and some pure plate rangers - i can't remember their names) they were lethal, on her own she was nothing though. Thats my two cents. P.S. it's been good reading this - brings back some good old memories, and it's great to recognise so many names of old friends. Peace out.

I know these aren't nowhere near the first pures, but just a few names i remember from back in the day, from the castle though - as i didn't pk much deep.
