Miscellaneous Goals I. Introduction RuneScape is a hobby that I enjoy. I have been playing a lot less lately, especially during the day. But I don't see myself ever quitting it altogether. So this will be my progress (however slow) to 'completing' what parts of the game that I like :) I've been playing RuneScape since June 2004, taking breaks occasionally. I enjoy all skills but my favorites are Runecrafting, Slayer, and Construction. I usually spend my time monster hunting, questing, and, in general, enjoying the game with good friends. II. Recent Activity, as well as not-so-recent Activity: Stats Blurbs: [Wednesday 14.6.2011] Summer! Not a whole lot going on lately. My computer doesn't have internet again, so I don't have any pictures this time. I've been doing some slayer and getting an odd level here and there. I was inspired by Ben and Cs who both got their fire capes, and I went ahead and got one for myself. Man, that took forever. Since I have that out of the way now, I'm hoping to complete the Karamja Elite Diary before going Dk'ing. I have 2 smithing levels, the Blood Runs Deep quest, an agile top to get, and a couple slayer levels (unless wild pies work for the strykewyrm task). Not too bad. I'm also trying to pick up some money by flipping at the grand exchange. I'm not very good at that, but it's going alright. [hide= 2011 Spring] [Wednesday 23.02.2011] Well hello, 2011. I'm finally making a blog post! I've been on for a bit at a time just doing some slayer, and I actually got a drop that I've been wanting FOREVER. Yay, Dragon Chainbody! It's not worth as much as it used to be but it still looks awesome! I've been quite close to 99 Runecraft for ages. Feels good to be so near a goal that I've had for so long. Now I'm focusing on combat and making money for gear 'cause I miss me some boss hunting \m/ [Monday 28.02.2011] This weekend I set myself up to get 92+ herblore over the bonus xp weekend coming up. I decided to finally use up some of the bones in my bank to get 92 Prayer that I've been putting off for a while. I also went to abyssal demons for a while to try out gathering Infernal Ashes. It's pretty quick cash, so that's nice. Also unlocked Curses by completing The Temple at Senntisten as well as the 3 quests that I needed to do to have access to it. Woohoo, curses! After that I headed over to Herblore habitat for the first time. Still trying to figure that out so I can get the most out of my herb farming. [Thursday 03.03.2011] I grabbed 89 herblore so that I can get more experience out of the Bonus XP Weekend with a higher level potion. With that, I was also able to boost my herblore up to meet the 92 herblore requirement needed for the Seers Elite Diary. I still haven't used up the charges from my Hati Paws, so I paid a visit to some steel dragons and got a clue with Rune (g) legs. It was a bit slow for me so I decided to get the xp by chinning instead XD 97 ranged! I'm tempted to train it now (97 feels so close 99). For now I'm just going to use up the rest of the charges from Hati Paws at steels. [Tuesday 08.03.2011] Silly me. I did some Dungeoneering with Lara so that we wouldn't have to be ashamed of our unranked skills anymore, and then we encountered a door that required 97 Runecraft o: I unlocked it and the experience from that gave me 99 Runecrafting! I'm also glad to be getting some dungeoneering levels. I've been looking forward to really exploring the skill and the Daemonheim area. :) (started at 29) Currently 37 Dungeoneering, going for more. [saturday 19.03.2011] The Bonus XP Weekend came and went, and with it I gained 90-93 Herblore, as well as 86-89 Thieving. I'm quite pleased with that. I also got a sceptre from pyramid plunder on my first run, which was nice. Otherwise my week has been pretty busy. I did get in some slayer and tried out the ring of wealth to see what's up. Got 150 Onyx bolts as a drop from Black Demons, not too bad. Also 93 Attack and 132 Combat[/hide][hide=2010][sunday 17.10.2010] Today I've just been slaying and completing clues from slayer. I got a dragon plateskirt drop from steels (lol), couple of gmauls and an effigy from gargoyles. And then I got 99 Defence! My first 99 in a long while. Feels good to have a new cape =D Got suited up for an Arma run that I'll do tomorrow. Who doesn't love boss hunting? :D Also, I have an issue with bank space and I don't know how to go about solving it =( [Thursday 14.10.2010] I've been 214xp away from 99 Runecraft for ages already. I got 87 Herblore so now I can make Extreme Attack and Extreme Strength potions with the aid of boosts. Been using them for slayer of course. Snagged 98 Defence a while ago. Picked up 90 Slayer today and unlocked Dark Beasts. Things have been coming along nicely. =) [Thursday 11.03.2010] So far I've been sticking to the plan I've outlined in my Runenotes. I did wander from the path and completed a few slayer tasks. Also got 1/3rd of an Armadyl hilt during a clan event: Great success! All skills 84+ and 98 Runecraft last week. This week I've been running around getting some of the Shattered Hearts rocks and working out what to do for the bonus XP weekend (ZMI Runecrafting, woo). Tempted to shoot straight for 99 Runecraft =) [Tuesday 05.01.2010] And we're back! Hello, 2010! I'm so ready to get 2200 total that it's ridiculous. Hoping to get back into the swing of blogging again :) Since I've been 'away' I've gotten a few levels here and there. Got most skills up to 84 and got 97 Runecrafting. Stoked about some of the latest updates! Can't wait to start slayer with Kuradal and catch up on questing too :thumbsup: [/hide] [hide=2009][saturday] Spring is nice.<3 Lara and I took a trip to Tormented Demons in the morning and it was quite successful. :D [hide=] [/hide]With that I sold a lot of my unused stuff - oh, I'll miss my rune collection ='(] - and bought a Saradomin Godsword. Haven't yet tried it myself, but Lara likes it. =D After all that, we took a cat for a walk. Lol, he hated it XD. Also went to sauna and did some grilling afterwards. Om nom nom. =) There were so many mosquitos though. D: I need bug repellant. Lots of it. :I We got home thinking about doing another TD trip, but we were pretty tired by then. I completed a quest instead. Myths of the White Lands ftw. Lol. [Friday] Hello, May! I finally remembered to make a spreadsheet for a new month (<!-- m -->http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key= ... Eh7E3rWoAg<!-- m -->). Started off with a levelup in Construction, and a nice new cape Visited the Real Estate Agent with some friends, then took a trip to Tormented Demons with another first-timer, Draco. Shard split for funzies. =) Anyway, since con is out of the way, the plan is to do some money-making for the next week or so with rc & TDs. We'll see how it goes. 8-) [Thursday] So ends the month of April! I came in second for the woodcutting competition. :( I want to win one of those some time. D: Hopefully soon. :) Hum..On the 26th, Lara and I brought Sir Nitram99 to Tormented Demons for the first time. Not sure what the most efficient set-up is for trio, but anyway, I melee'd while they ranged. Rough start, but it didn't take long at all for Martin to get the hang of things. After that, killing went really smoothly, and we each got a present! On another note: my entrance exams are over and done with! Woop, woop. They went quite well, as far as I know. :lol: Now, all I can do is wait til I get the results. Yes. That is all for now. :-w Mm, I think the 27th was 52% and today was 53%. [saturday] Hm, haven't been doing much aside from woodcutting (94 Wc ages ago) and boss hunting. Not much time online the past couple weeks. Doing my Skilling hours for the Jagex Cup last minute again :P So, Lara and I have been duo'ing Zilyana a bit and trying out Tormented Demons. We're getting better on both fronts. Started out at 3 kills or so at Zil and 5~ or something at TDs. Now at 10 Zils :lol: and 20~ TDs per trip. I'm enjoying Tormented Demons quite a bit. They're fairly relaxing, and they drop pretty shiny things. :)[hide=] [/hide]I'm not entirely sure what to spend cash on nowadays. Thinking about an SGS for TDs/slayer, or a 99. [Monday] Woop, Easter! I've been focusing on woodcutting, for the most part, since that's ZP Skill of the Month for April :) Lucky, lucky, it's also the skill for the second week of the Jagex Cup - Skilling. I got 93 Woodcutting and 51% to all 99s yesterday, 92 Firemaking and the Inferno Adze today. :) I was at the top spot for Exp gainers this morning, though it'll probably change by tomorrow. This competition is fierce. :? I'll have little to no time to woodcut tomorrow, and wednesday should be some spring cleaning. Ah, 94, perhaps 95 by the weekend? Sunday 22 Feb 2009 Hi,hi. Getting back into the swing of things, though =D HD is very nice. Got some slaying done (FINALLY learned how to make a slayer helm). 85 Slayer, 85 Summoning, 94-95 Runecraft, and maybe 99 Hitpoints coming soon. Saturday 13 July 2008 So, I've been getting some pretty big levels. 85 Slayer; FINALLY. 95 Ranged; ABOUT TIME. 94 Runecraft; WHAT TOOK SO LONG. Feels good to have those checked off =) For now, I'm going to be a tramp for total levels, and get my 'lowest level' to 85. So far it's been a pleasure, since Lara's been willing to train with me =D Infact, we're racing now =p My All skills to 85+ and 90 Slayer vs her all skills to 70+ and 85 Slayer and 80 Ranged. Who will win? :o :o :o Thursday 31 July 2008 Hm. Haven't been on rs too much. Made some progress in getting my skills to 80+, but that's about it as far as RuneScaping goes. Mostly I've been developing a relationship with a lovely young woman in Finland. Hm, how much about that can I share? =) She's so amazing and understanding and sweet and I admire her for everything that she's gone through. I'm in love with her, really =) We're making huge plans.
