Cool! Thanks for all the replies. I guess I will go for hp. I don't know if this is an argument, but i often tell myself that even if i dont train hp, i'll get hp xp in the wildy anyways, so really, what difference does it make if the hp xp is inevitable. you know? anyway, thanks for all the replies so far! I guess the consensus is to train hp. For now, i'm just trying to make money to train range and once i am more certain about the hp, i'll train my mage before going p2p and owning... =P

Hi, i am making a pure range/mage for p2p after i set up in f2p. i was wondering whether i should train mage with combat spells (to get hp) or not. What are your views?

lol, that won't happen (unless it is a 9 year old suck up...) You must chose between the xp and the gold young padawan...

go to security stronghold 1st level in barbarian village. go through the first set of doors and hide behind the little barage in that room. hit the 3 rats and all the goblins so they all line up without coming to hit you. every minute, you should be able to curse them all again. leveling goes very quickly that way. good luck, and have fun!

------- was born last night. at around 7:00 pm pacific time. I made him look kinda like the black guy in heroes who is like a empty mind kinda dude. I think he looks sweet. Since then, mainly today, i did some cool ;) quests to get my mage up to 10: This all got me to a level 10 mage with only 10 hp (yes! minimum combat stat so far). Then, with some continued visits to magic combat tutor in lumby, i got some runes, killed some cows and finally have gotten to around level 15 mage with hp of 11 only. I went to wildy feeling unbeatable but after about 20 minutes of just sitting around, trying to find a target, i quickly got tripled teamed and taken out, losing over 160 runes. Stats right now: Bank right now: He is VERY nooby so far, but this blog should be fun and interesting. I wouldn't mind getting some pking advice as well!! If you read this, thanks a lot!

I think if you read my post properly, you would know that I read that kind. And correct me if I'm wrong, but all that is showing is the max hit and the exp gained from it. Thank you: toast647, Kaphias and lordfan21 however. i didn;t mean to sound mean or annything, i just wanted to point out that it says "MAX HIT" for that spell. i agree with toast and other people that after all that changes is the consistency of hitting high.

but what if you type the same thing over and over pretty quickly? can mods or whoever might chose to ban/mute you tell whether you are 'macroing' or not?
