I was doing One Small Favor one day when I stumbled upon Runescape's greatest lesson, from one of its oddest named characters. Is it a lesson of understanding, or tolerance? Is it perhaps about helping those in need or about hard work? No! Don't be stupid. Its about cake! Maybe there's some deeper meaning to it, but who cares about THAT? That's right: nobody. :notalk: Gasp! Did I fix it?

Yea, if you caught all the fish, and cut all the logs for cooking and fletching, I'd be VERY impressed.

Why should ANY part of Runescape be a "well kept secret" for the enjoyment of you and the others that knew about it? Shouldn't all aspects of Runescape be known by all players? And if keeping a great moneymaking method secret to yourself, and profiting off the ignorance of other players is ok, why isn't keeping the update that ruined it a "well kept secret" as well? :|

From what I've heard it seems like the clever people knew about this trick, and were abusing the ignorance of other players to earn quick cash. They deserved to loose money, but losing millions? Also Jagex should have announced it, maybe giving a delay so people could hurry and sell their last few bows.

I was browsing the rants forums as I often do while woodcutting (YOU try and pay attention to that swinging!) and I saw a lot of rants about how people had lost millions due to some update on the Karamja Gloves... I thought those were only for getting cheaper prices in shops, I don't see how any update on those could cause people to lose money, especially money exceeding 1m. Does anyone know what happened and why so many people lost money? I feel like I missed out on something here... again... :
