same here.. here's my routine if you're interested monday: light speed bench 5X15 chin ups 5X5 incline bench 3X8 wednesday: heavy bench 5X3 close grip bench 5X5 skullcrushers 3X8 friday: barbell shoulder press 5X5 barbell arm curls 5X5 heavy squat 5X5

I am 16 and i have been weightlifting for the last 2 years. I don't go over the top and don't train too hard 'cos im still growing and i don't wanna have any problems in the future. I take protien shakes which are absalutely disgusting and i eat alot of protien, such as chicken, eggs...you don't need to take protien shakes, they are just more convinient because they are quick and easy, there are many things you can eat to improvise and it's cheaper :) I have got a few of my mates into weightlifting and we occasionaly have sort of arm wrestling comps between us, i win all the time lol :D My personal best deadlift is just over 20 stone at a friends house, but we ran out of weights. btw, wakka, heres my hotmail addy: [email protected] if you wanna add

I'm getting my GCSE results in a week :D and my brother got his A-level results today :)

A few weeks ago something similar happend too me. Me and a few of my mates decided to go to a nearby playing field to have a kick-around out of boredem. A group of about 5 small children came along, one boy and the rest girls, they all looked about 7-9. First they went to where we put our bags and stuff, and started kicking our bags, breaking an iron maiden CD case of mine. i went and told them to * off, then they started to shout abuse at me and my mates and started kicking us, it was absalutly hilarious, we are all 16 and all about 6 foot tall. We just thought it was funny. I picked up the small boy and asked how old he was, he replied 'i'm 5 ****' It realy was funny, a classic :D BTW, if anyone but a small girl broke one of my iron maiden CD cases i would kick thier butts, i would pwn them O:)

A RL friend of mine is addicted to endless online.. and my bro is addicted to maple story lol.. endless online realy does suck, yes it is worse than maple!
