Investigating the Wise Old Man
Icthlarin is a good, he came over witht he Majharrat, if you are using Sal's realm... like I said, I don't like it. Runehq/Zybez have both excellent pages on the gods.

Investigating the Wise Old Man
mmm? I thought that Icthlarin was part of that Sophamem (sp?) pantheon. He was a leader of majharrat and immortal, I'm pretty sure he's a god, just isn't a major god. The greeks had demi-gods who were immortal and deathless.

Also, Ozzy is right, take a breather from the furor of writing and look at what other people do and look at the level of Grammar used. it wasn't a bad idea if I remember correctly about it. Anyway, I must indulge my inner Leet. "MY St0ry P00NS YURS!!!!111shift1!" Apologies, I had an urge.

Investigating the Wise Old Man
Well, its been a theory that there would be a god war in the future, there has to be. If a cat and a dog are placed in a maze, alone, and they are bound to find each other and fight eventually, same with Zamorack and Saradomin. Also, Kc raises an excellent point, its called the gaze of Saadomin (what lets yah respawn in Falador) and Saradomin might look after (gaze) at his followers and protect them that way. Sir Tiffy Cashien expresses dislike of Lumbridge, calling it to the effect of A dirty small town.

A Short Guide to Writing Fantasy
Were not as stupid as you seem claim we are. Especially me! Now, I am incredibly offended with this! People can write fiction in any way they darn please! I noticed that you said something about languages... I have a personal affinity for languages, thus said, I take a perverse enjoyment out of butchering the English language for my own gain. My own stories have this quality to them, examples. Toosh: surfer dude like things, righteously/dude etc. added at random intervals. Kun: Modern English Zai: "N" gets a "aga" added, if double, then on the last "n" hard endings get a "y" Karmand: Words that start with a vowel get a "H" added to it. (H'I) Damath: A mix of modern and middle English, depending on the breeding of the sayer. I have quite a bit of others too! A writer's style is his soul! And no one in your position has the right to detract from that! I admit that not all people have a way with words. But those who try, those who attempt the best they can do, are good enough for these forums

Investigating the Wise Old Man
Amascuts ankh is upside down, and I'm pretty sure that icthlarin and Amascut are enemies. But I wonder, Why hasn't Icthlarin tried to take his place among the Majharrat back? Also, Icthlarin is taken directly from the egyptian mythology, and he has a jackel head, another majharrat had a camel head, maybe there are different types of majharrat among majharrat, as in family types?

Zephillia: The Anarchist. (RPG)
Sephiroth King! you son of two drunken high strangers with AIDS!!! I'll unseat your heiny! :x Anyway, back to the RPG. -.- Phillip walked down the corridors of the UEA's ship repair station. He had a very fierce tread but kept it in well. He absolutely hated having to talk to the leader here. "Well well well, if it isn't Captain Melancthon, doing well I hope?" "Listen you son! I don't like you more than you like me so lets cut the rigmarole and get to the meat of the matter. I need repairs done on my ship, and I need them fast! That punk, Vincent Myst, well... you know the rest. I also need... actually, I'll do that myself. But you gotta bloody well repair my ship darn it!" "I'll put you on my list..." "Snap!" Phillip walked out. He brooded in his captains quarters and gathered his men together. He had about 50 men out of the 60 he had when he attacked the ship. "We are standing on the edge of a knife! The rebels are trying to destroy civilization, and I have yet to see what they will replace it with! Now, I'm planning to go rogue and go on a personal vendetta against that Vincent Myst. If you do not want to come I will understand. But I will not retreat until I have conquered. I believe one of the Old USA's patriots said Victory or Death, and thats how I feel." All of the people stayed, even the new pilot who was a mere 16 years old (lied about age), and they made a resolution together to fight the rebellion at their own costs. They waited to announce their plans until Fortress Mind was repaired. Then they blasted off to find the strongholds among the Space colonies.

Zephillia: The Anarchist. (RPG)
Alright! Captain Phillip Melancthon stood on the deck of his ship, the Fortress Mind, looking out at the ship which offended him. "I do believe that that ship has insulted me, attack and board!" Fortress Mind was a special ship. A perfect sphere, it had six great boosters which could be fired at any time, the weapons platforms span with the ship. Artificial gravity was on places on the outside, which saved space and forced people to walk along the perimeters of the ship, lifts could take them up. If the gravity shut off, doors were fashioned so that people could walk on walls and still get around. Since the ship span it had a strange curvy motion to the flight plan, throwing off enemy targeting computers. Also, the six great boosters shot off as the direction they were in became desirable. Fortress Mind put on a burst of speed and came into range. "Open Fire! You! Put on the battle music!" The turrets all fired and the ship lagged, firing all weapons in the general direction, but could only do superficial damage because the laser's damage spread out due to the spinning motion. "Lets finish them! Prepare to board!" ----------- Lets see what happens, lol.

Brekar- discontinued for now....
Brekar stood before Zuglank Khan, slightly unimpressed. he was expecting an old, hoary headed wise man, or a youth full of life, but he was not expecting this. Zuglank stood at a medium height, he had non-nondescript hair with a nondescript face to accompany it. He had no identity in anything he wore, or in anything he touched or manipulated. Except his eyes, which were a vibrant green, his only unusual mark, the rest you forgot as soon as you stopped looking at him. "Well, I do believe you're Brekar, the worthy son of Sekar." "He's my Grandfather." "Well, your his spitting image indeed. I could not tell you apart. The problem with immortality is that I lose focus with reality, oh well! Are you willing to join my cause to create the first powerful nation with a chance?" "Eh? I have a fortress, I can summon an army of one hundred thousand without putting a great strain on my workforce. If needed I can mobilize my entire nation, at least five hundred thousand as a great army. Do not think that, though I dress an act in a refined barbaric manner, I have great learnings that are perfect for running my nation, with great advisers as well. Do not consider me a lesser person than you. We can be equals or enemies, and I would prefer equals." "Well boasted indeed! And I would have us as friends, at least in your life time. What I am proposing is simple. Taking what you said I realize that there is a similarity between us, a tremendous strength of will. Neither you nor I will bow to each other without our spirits entirely shattered. But the Inspirer has granted me the ability to create a great empire, so, I will bow to you." Zuglank Bent his waist, until it was at ninety degrees. Brekar, feeling that it would be honorable to follow suit, did the same. They both raised themselves at the same time. "I consider you my ally, and under my protection. I will not make an alliance that will hurt you. But I must warn you. I have those who would try to be my allies as you have, but I do not accept wandering tribes of nomads as my allies on the same level as you. I would be careful, they would take whatever land they want to get this. I hope you have a pleasant stay."

Contratheo, homeland of Montags!
Yaldin and the others saw, but did not hear the exchange. "I think we had better move." Suggested Flamer. "I believe so too." "Halt! Resistance is futile! You will be annihilated if you do not come with us!" Montag soldiers popped up from where they were hiding, Completely surrounding the trio. Yaldin tried a little tact. "Now, sirs, I'm sure this is just a misunderstanding, we are just poor travelers..." "So?" Interrupted the Montags. "I don't think they are gonna let us out, Yaldin, prepared, Flamer?" Setin made a large number of clicks as he prepared his arsenal. "Oh yeah!" Flamer activated all his flame weapons at once, attempting to cause confusion. Yaldin activated his weapon, spinning it around he clashed it against the weapons. Setin suddenly fired off a huge amount of homing missles, effectively scattering the Montags. They ran off, attemptignt o make it to the trees. Yaldin was grabbed from behind and pulled away, shouting for his friends to continue on, which they did. Lucyanna looked at the sorry excuse for a human in front of her. "So, what shall we do with you then? Aggressor!"

Investigating the Wise Old Man
Well, we at least know that he needs runes, He is a very accomplished mage so... Also, he might want to alch stuff. Hmmm... Does anyone know who the Sphinx is allied to god-wise? Because I remember the WOM really hating the Sphinx, I recall Zaros deposed Icthlarin. So he would have great animosity towards Icthlarin. So Icthlarin would/might/could be able to go an equal round with Zaros. Also, we had a run of thought a while back that the WOM is connected to Zaros/was Zaros. What if he had a connection to him, by his desire for godhood! (I believe we talked about that too!) and BY proxy, what if the WOM has an idea that Icthlarin might spoil his plans. Thats my two cents for now. Opinions?

Brekar- discontinued for now....
Brekar left his keep, called by his grandfather "Fortress Mind." Though his grandfather was surely a barbarian, if a smart one. His ability to use his hands to build, and he was able to forge a nation. Brekar touched his hand to the frescoe which showed his grandfather smithing a sword. The messenger took his horse and stopped next to him. "Lord, we need to move before the midday." Brekar silently nodded. When the convoy left Fortress mind, he immediately perked up, joking and talking animatedly with other members of the group. Satin, who rode at his side, watched him as he talked with the messenger about Zuglank Khan. She wondered at him, so changeable, at a mere 100 feet it took to change his mood. he then turned to her in the midst of her reverie. "So what do you think?" "What? Sorry." "Pay attention silly! I thought we were talking about the mannerisms of Khan's court. Will you join me when I go to visit his court?" "Yes, of course! I didn't think that was in question." "K, just checking." They arrived at his capitol. Zuglank Khan's steward awaited them and they followed him into the city. The city was smallish, and it did not seem impressive, but massive building works were started. The castle at the center, greater than Fortress Mind dominated the sky and land scape. "My king awaits you. Will you enter?"

Investigating the Wise Old Man
That is interesting, but could you explain what you mean. Also, I think that the curator has been looking a bit rich, at least graphically lately (just my impression.) Also, I recently did what Lies below, rogue Zamorackians and all that. I found out that one of the mages there can make you do emotes... Could this be the beginning of player control? Also, the magic and stuff were mightily touched up.
