  1. In age two I usually play as the British, I love the Long bow range, but any way... Once, I was in such a battle that I covered the empty ground in arrows and the dead of my enemies so that the grass was not seen for 5 minutes! That, my friends, is epic! the feel that you have 160 loyal longbows, able to take out anything, marching to the nearest town to lay it waste and salt the earth with your enemies bodies! I have never felt such an adrenaline rush...
  2. In order, villains and heroes Organization 13, especially Saix or Axel, Ansem the Wise as played by Christopher Lee! Riku... dude, that guy is deep Commander Keen: who remembers him? A cookie if you do, the best genius save the universe person ever... I mean, he built a space ship out of some gas, his brothers video game controller, his mothers vacuum and something else I forget. and saved the universe in about... 3 hours his time... dude Jazz Jackrabbit: A bunny, with a big gun, with big plans, gonna save the universe, get the princess rabbit (who's hot! rabbit wise) and beat on an evil turtle warlord. whats not to like? Link is my all time favorite though Starts singing: Ganon, he come to town, come to take, the princess Zelda! But she ran away, and Link tried to save the day, And he won't, If Ganon gets his way. Hallelujah! (song) Ganon, has taken the day! put Link, in his grave... (stops singing) okay thats enough. Ganon has to be the all time greatest ever for eternity video game villain... I mean, he's killed/banished/cursed etc. numerous times and he still comes back! think about it! Yeah, i have more, those are just my favorites.
  3. Valkery Profile, Silmeria (I thnk thats right) The best Zelda music of all time came from Ocarina of Time. (Starts dancing to Saria's song) esp. The Song of storms Twilight princess needed a musical instrument, but it almost compares The Classic, orchestrated One winged angel is my Favorite FF7 song, I also hate Jenova's theme. I also really hate the new one winged angel, I think its terrible, especially the rock bits... BTW!!! ADvent Children is the most overrated movie of all time! Do not buy it unless you have a thorough grasp of FF 7! there I said it, I feel better now
  4. I do belioeve that the Dorgeshuun are led by a council, led by Ur-tag. Guthix is not in this world, but he is manipulating it. Remember, the Dorgeshuun are kinda cowardly, they are very fearful beings. Zanik has an argument witht the scribe about the sky. Guthix might be controlling them subliminally, but I don't see the point. Why, if the WOM basically stays down stairs, with all his stuff that is basically downstairs (excepting telescope) and the spy is upstairs? How do you tunnel into a second story bed??? By the way, I think that monster had a tail, Dorgeshuun do not have a tail!! Also, concerning the great goblin Guthix gesticulation, its rubbish! Dorgeshuun are ruled by a council of goblins and are only protected by weak guards. Amandyl is still alive and kicking, but I thought he was trying to assist his followers.
  5. Okay, I went back and talked to some more Dorgeshuun. They are atheists!!!! they treat the word god like tis a curse word! they follow no god! grrr!!! Anyway, maybe it was the WOM, maybe it was someone connected to the vampyres for all we know. About the drill thing, I think that the dwarves are trying to get the goblins under their economic thumb. The drill thing I think is still around. Got a huge amount of vibes for a quest, involving Dorgeshuun and the Red axe, just a feeling.
  6. have you forgotten already the brave sally I made into the swamps, losing hitpoints and being captured by the Vyrewatch? For shame Randox #-o I am a member. The dorgeshuun now atheists, they have no god. It has been supposed that the goblin war god was Zaros. Why? They just went underground and Zaros changed them so that they would have to stay in the underground. This isn't the best of ways to deal with deserters but... I and my long-gone friends supposed that the reason why Zaros didn't destroy them was because he didn't have time to, with Zamorack betraying him and all. So they forsook all gods and stayed underground. The gnome mage says he is there to learn human magics. I already knew that gnomes have their own breed of magic so... no big surprise. will be on later tonight I hope!
  7. We have a problem, you see, there is no magic, merely special abilities granted. For example, Montags have the special ability to cause fear in others any time they want, then if the person (humans and Tarags) are weak in spirit, they can control them. Humans have a great variety, the closest thing to magic is the Ta, but they have something closer to demon possession. I suppose because it is the homeland of Montags that they could have other special abilities, I'll call it magy.
  8. Well, the Ectofungus should not be in our calculations, when I searched the swamps, I found nothing. Nothing to connect the WOM to the swamps, not even in the... the... Wait!!!!! in the legend of the Barrow brothers, it mentions a strange old man who watched them, then they became distracted, finally dying. The army had to retreat, but first the army raised barrows over the brothers. Later as certain of the army came back, they saw that strange old man near the tombs, and a glow arose from the tombs. That could be the one connection we seek. But I am not a Barrows person so, I can't help you there. Also the WOM's letter to the Dwarf mentioned a new smithing technique, what if the monster mentioned byt the Dorgeshuun civilians is connected! Anyway, the magic without runes doesn't seem to be logical, I mean, as in ability to do it. But in the Swan's Song quest, he does complain about his lack of runes. So... just doesn't feel right! I thnk were missing something really important about the WOM's character, as in the evil part of him... namely his lack of it in the past. PEOPLE DO NOT FLIP_FLOP EVIL TO GOOD IN AN INSTANT NORMALLY! I think the WOM might have had dark intentions even before.
  9. In Contratheo, life is undeniably complex, the city, powered by steam heated up by plasma, and protecting itself in an attempt to leave the Inspirer (God just so you know, Creation story coming soon) out of their lives with a great shield. This was the origional Montag homeland. It was lush on the outside, but nothing was brought in or out not even water without an exchange. For Lucyanna, one of the female Montags, the city seemed exciting, but unfulfilling, she wanted to explore and see more, but she couldn't. The elders of the city, though they didn't actually want to, had to deny her request based on some niggling point of law. So, as a compromise, they allowed to be the person who welcomes/detains/questions all new arrivals, she was extremely dissatisfied, but she contented herself. Yaldin, adventurer, lier, friend to those who have easy to pick pockets, had decided to head south, but not of his own accord. Other matters aside, he had discovered old roads, every now and then, a watchtower ruin made it self evident with a circle of rubble. Having only his, what he called, a lasersword on a stick, and his very ample wits, he felt prepared to deal with any new problem that might arise in his path. In their dark northern castle and fortresses, the Montag-lords held a great dark council, amassing nearly all those lords of reputation they decided on their course. The humans were becoming too adventurous, too knowing, of the world around them. They might find things that they would prefer buried. The home city was the main topic. If they found that and made true, knowing contact, they would be ruined. So they decided to send an emissary, by secret, speedy ways, so that Contratheo be prepared for the human threat. More later!
  10. I can, with hearing stuff and their translation beside them (ie subs) have a pretty good idea what its saying (got a good head for language) but I have no idea about any Russian, except maybe how to spell murmansk.
  11. And as a champion level player, he could choose a prize at the end, some advantage to be used in championship games such as this. What he chose was the ability to control the Ta special technology. Indeed, he based his winning strategy on this benefit. He watched emotionless as his ally was destroyed. " The Noob, gg" He finally said, he was riding one of the motorcycles that sometimes came with he Ta special infantry. "You! Take your troops and do damage, we are not here to destroy, merely to see. Use your shotguns to hurt that Toosh player, then come back, leaving a clear trail, I will await you back at camp!" The unit in question nodded and waved his shotgun. The similar troops came in behind him and they drove in, blasting at any infantry they saw. Alexandra took a hit, it didn't really hurt, but was very uncomfortable, nearly kicked her back into reality, but she kept in. Meanwhile, High Lord maneuvered his tanks to block the way of escape, the motorcycle troopers finished their loop then headed back, only to be met with he guns of High Lord. "You alright? go back and gather an army, I got a good amount to come with me, lend me a few of your air bombers and I'll hold him off for a while!" "Yeah man! Don't worry, its only a superficial wound! Dude! hang Tight!" "Hmmm, you! take 5 of the tanks and go ahead, You! You! Thats right both you! Take 5 tanks each and go to the sides! Only attack if I signal, if we retreat, cover us! Lets go!" Rantin, very displeased at his riders destruction, but at the same time, pleased with their successes, decided to wait for him to come a bit too close to his town before going out to meet him. Summoning what riders he had left, and putting the artillery he had at ready behind some buildings, he waited. Suddenly, from above, he heard the distinct sound of falling bombs. To prevent collateral damage, he had his troops engage the waiting tanks of High Lord. It went evenly for a bit, when from the left and right came shell fire from the tanks, forcing the troops of Rantin to fight on three sides, with bombs falling. Due to pure strength of coolness and strategy, he was able to retreat in an orderly fashion into the buildings, then beyond. Alexandra, during this time, had joined, with a great number of attack boosted infantry, but High Lord and her agreed that she was to keep a few units with him, but take the rest of her force behind the city, then attack Rantin from behind. This was all done neatly. Rantin, boxed in in a maneuver that he recognized the pure genius of, admitted that he could not win and resigned.
  12. Majharrat have mostly been referred to as a tribe, but eh. Freneaskae is in the North, I assume at least. Chaos druids are a bit of both really, some do, some don't. There is going to bve another god war eh? Well, today I went into the Dorgecsh-kaan place, nothing to hint that, but I did find something disturbing. Apparently the dwarves have a mechanical monster, only really mentioned in hints by Dorgeshun civilians but still, they were very, very afraid of it (there was no picture) Apparently it came through he rocks and attacked or something like that. Thats all I could glean, that might help
  13. I've not heard that Zaros was not a majharrat... but oh Well. I am of the belief that Majharrat are very long lived too, but almost immortal kinda long. If anyone remembers though, Saradomin is displayed as an old man in the god letters, so maybe they aren't as longlived as I think. Anyway, I had been harboring suspicions a long time about the wizards, partly on the account of Mizgog and the demon, but more towards slow rot from within type corruption. From what I researched, Ichtharin (sp) was (new evidence!) was a majharrat, maybe not the origional leader, but still, he was majharrat. Why? certain of the gods that are delt with in Enakhras lament are (one is) camel headed! And he was a majharrat. I believe the Majharrat are not from this world. From another plane of existence. And maybe not originally magical (in their world) but became magical in the time they stayed in Gielnor (the lands players can get to I call RS proper) they became magical beings. Thus, with this new power source, domination/ leadership struggles occurred, leading to Ichthlarin and Zaros becoming leaders at separate times. Other species became involved because of the thinning of Majharrat blood and various new magics. I'm tired... One last point. Ancient magics were the first, and probabely lost Ichthlarin his throne as head of majharrat. But you wonder, if the combat part of the Ancient magics are more powerful... Why doesn't Zamorack learn them (and he could most likely!) or Saradomin? It doesn't make sense! Why use the magic involved in just about everything (basically) only, when you can have some of the best battle magic out there?
  14. can't write today! sorry all!
  15. I didn't mean the ecto fungus wasn't a god, but was more of a patron deity, you know, sort of like god of a certain area patron deity! Icthlarin is the god of the dead, he might not be majharrat though. I still believe that Amandyl is a majharrat, why? Because Zaros and Amandyl never have been known to Fight!!! ( Anyway, I believe there was a theory way back that the Wizard's tower was not true Saradomist. What if they turned to the black knights? No symbol on the alter, no real allignment to any god... What if they are nuetral? Guthix? Or Saradomin? Or even Zamorack. (or Amandyl, Zaros etc.) Also, Imps, I read about in the god wars section, were used to bloody the calves and heels of the other god's minions/soldiers by Zamorack! Imps are heavily associated to Zamorack! A demon general(forget the name, began th) was his right hand man(demon)! I never much liked wizards, only use magic for teleport and alchemy. And slaying some demons.
  16. I knew that the ectofungus was powerful... but godlike, no he's more of a patron deity thing, rather than a full blown god. Amandyl is assumed to be majharrat, as he is (rumor) Saradomin's brother, he is the opposite of Zaros. That could be the reason why the staff of Amandyl was so important in Zamorack becoming a god. You are right with he ancient magic stuff, but I thought it was assumed because you get Ancient magics at HIS alter... anyway. From what I can tell, all majharrat are going at least north. I submit that Amandyl is not truly accounted for (Saradomin does say that he is alive) neither Runehq or Zybez give a definite answer!!! Hazeel goes north to white wolf mountain. The two majharrat/deities went north to fight. Zaros' and others (from letter by Azzandra) are north. but what they are doing? Pking, of course... no I'm kidding, but still, remember, we still don't know a lot of stuff about the RS deity system, even if we can name the gods! I spent about 3 months trying to research the mysteries behind Zaros. Zaros is opposite Amandyl, He could take any of the gods one on one, but the three major ones together can defeat him, and they will. One of the only reason why Zaros hasn't tried is that even if he could defeat two of them... Guthix would come in and beat him because it would put the balance to evil, an evil beyond Zamorack because Amandyl does not seem to be active in RS proper. Besides, they may have defeated Zaros already... Zamorack was Zaros' general or something similar. In the Ghost cloak thing, we discover that Zamorack coveted Zaros' position. With the help of some loyal humans and majharrat, he fought his way to Zaros and stabbed him, but Zaros fell (or whatever, not entirely clear) on him, stabbing Zamorack. You know the rest, a portion of Zaros' power went to Zamorack, not all of it, or even a large amount, but enough. Amandyl, I believe was a majharrat, and there is nothing to say against it, but plenty to hint for it! That's my two cents for now.
  17. Archimage won... Will start writing soon... You know, for the number of hits it had (61 as I write this) I'm surprised he's the only one who really participated. (excepting myself) So... The tale of the city of Contratheo will begin soon!
  18. Really? I don't know German so, thats a weird coincidence. Anyway, I might post again tonight or might not... Glad you liked it!
  19. He sent word to Alexandra, they would keep them up front and have Alexandra and her troops charge in. He realized that she might not be able to there was another player, but the Tarag rushers were a big threat. He found it surprisingly easy, the Tarag didn't seem to notice that he was bombing their base at all but kept charging. The Tanks opened fire. Then the infantry, but there were a great number left. When they reached the electric fence, he leaned over to his commander and asked what the special ability was. "The Cataphract, 20 units of any kind, besides air or sea, powered up, but with a lesser defense." "Very well, call it! I want 20 Kun tanks now!" The tanks came, using the hill as a bonus to attack, they were able to cut down on the Horde. The report came back that all the base was destroyed, and not one bit of resistance. The Tarag continued to press, finally piercing to rows of electric fences. Alexandra and her army of technology infused individuals sandwiched them between the anvil and hammer. The Tarag defeated, they merely had to double team the Ta player. The Toosh special ability is to infuse infantry, tanks, etc with technology, to make them faster, more powerful or more defensive. In this case, Alexandra had even infused herself, getting a large arm blaster, the rest of her army were given attack boosting upgrades. The Ta special ability was a random unit generator, but only with infantry. The infantry was given a random method, with random armor. For example, it could give a soldier with a machine gun on a motorcycle (still counts as infantry) and the next time, it give a foot soldier, with no protective clothes, firing a rocket launcher. The Ta user had an army ready, High Lord had focused on light, fast tanks and Alexandra her soldiers, both having some air support. The Ta player, was a very experienced player by the name of Rantin, a champion level player.
  20. No, I think that Amandyl is alive and Physical, in his (hopefully) origional body... He could be up *north* with the other majharrat who are gathered there. Zaros is the variable, for all our combined thinking... we still can't figure him out (I'm referring to other investigations I and other people long out of the RS scene tried to do a couple years ago) So we an never truly rule Zaros out of our thoughts. Remember, The WOM did mention Zaros in one of his letters, (the Abott?) so Zaros still has some effect on this world especially in the desert. where there is rumor that Zaros has ideas for the Kalphite Queen (remember, WOM killed it once) Also, his champion Azzandra, who is immortal in his own right, only stopped by separating his life essences to the far corners of the globe. Their could be a link still between WOM and Zaros. Zaros could also be using Bob as a transient host. Someone, someone with a lot of experience in magics, Has Wise in their name... Gotta log off! See you all tomorrow.
  21. Amandyl's followers still have the staff. Lucien, a Zamorackian, wants it for Zamorack but requires an adventure's help in getting it. The staff could be sent to Lucien, and you side with evil (for the quest) or let it lie or whatever (dont remember) basically. Zamorack doesn't have it... thats all. Amandyl is gone, don't know where. Also, Zaros, being cat, was the other half of the Ying/Yang (Amandyl being the White part, Zaros the black) and those two being the only real powers for a long time, Balance was maintained. I still think that Zaors, even however slightly, is still a power, like Sauron when he lost the One Ring, not able to take human form, he became an eye of flame, (aside, I believe that Sauron also possessed Saruman to a small degree) Zaros did the same. With his human, physical body destroyed, he sought a host, a hero, a strong man... Robert the Strong? Cats are associated with him (just what I hear and see) and he could have become one.
  22. Well... Okay, just trying to make it harmonious and all that. Montags are the cruelest and evilest of the sentient civilizations of my world, extremely ancient, and extremely smart. That plasma thing was smart. Contratheo... homeland of the Montags... LOL maybe. An Adventurer comes by the city. The guards outside decide to take him in, then let him go... Then... You know... I should write the creation story of this world. People should be interested... Who wouldn't want to create a nation? By the way, despite your very detailed map and such, It will be hard for me to work with (harmonizing it with my world, because of the evil because they don't worship God... Which is the god (God) of this world... better known as The Inspirer.) And for technology that doesn't exist even in the in of the greatest Tooshian...
  23. Fine, the south part of the continent is huge... I'm going to put them in marginally past the Cataphract of Kun... I'll have to tidy things up so its harmonious with My world. Just tell me if I go too far... trying o keep it coherent. The city... You said it was evil so... Montags! Montag-lord city in the south... yes... I always believed there was a bit more to be coaxed from steam... except if the shield does not allow air through... and you need fires for steam... No wait... its before the Seventh Cataphract so its okay! The Montags are evil supergeniuses... I'll pull it off somehow... Also... I'll give you credit but... The runescape hints don't really have a place... Don't worry, you'll still be the head Montag-Lord Thats the capital city in the place to the south... I'll use those lands too! If you win... Other Ideas are welcome! IT ends Lunch, central American Time (around 2:00 more like) tomorrow.
  24. Last day! Please! Post your ideas! At least one person!
