well i have boxing for 2h on mondays and then footy training on tuesdays and thursdays 1h ea. also whenever i get mad i just go out the back into the shed and do some chin ups or punch the boxing bag 8-)

Also with the ancients wouldnt i hit pretty bad because of the magic penaties my armour gives? another quick question how many healers come when jad is at half health? should i use steel skin? thanks for the suggestions :
