are you doing it through range or with a whip? if it's with a whip, because of your lower attack/strength my suggestion is sould wars as you won't be getting much exp else where, i'd just suggest fighting the monsters and saving points up. if someone attacks you just switch to range. but that's just me someone else may suggest armoured zombies or to range aviansies but i don't know much about them.
