  1. Don't you think codes of honour came from players who could not win fights without having to temp them to let there guard down? Kind of like telling the other team to pass the ball in football just to confuse them a bit. I scimmed the artical, in my opinion it went on far to much about the last artical than it did say anything about it's own.
  2. Considering I doubt you're a mod due to your stats, no you didn't  There are level 3 mods, I don't know what stats has to do with it.
  3. Because when they can tele block youy lose your fights. :P Maybe we need to put an end to pures, or at least admit the facts. I find better all round players beat pures all the time simply because they don't work out side of the wildy or on anyone strong than them.
  4. You get laughed at if you ask to fight someone that is stronger than you, seems they can only fight weaker foes. I bet if they were losing there fight thy would find a way around there little rules, i've never followed them just like useing the word "choob" alot.(Combat noob)
  5. Most of it but then again the fat kids use them to.What the hell? Dude...None of the programmers I know are fat...and what does that have to do with the gp trade? I was just saying, most of the trade in gp comes from companies selling it online, but then there is always some lazy kids that downloads there own.
  6. Wow i've seen most of the jagex mods, I see zezima like everyday on his chat and a few of my friends are famous themselves. (I've also seen uloveme in the elf lands and n0valyfe fletching). I'll take pics next time I se them, I might have some on me i'll go have a look.
  7. Most of it but then again the fat kids use them to.
  8. Reporting does help and jagex do seem quicker on removing gold selling sites now. Since ebay have join Jagex to stop these trades this must leave alot of jagex mods with nothing to do anymore. (Wheres as they were banning accounts that have just been sold this would now explain the personal repliys from customer support.) A few other things you can do to get back at macros: -First find out how they make there money (eg, selling to a shop, banking) and shut any doors in there path. - Some macros folow words on the screen, so dropping yews and then leaving a trail in to a load of monsters works, same with pure essance. -Folow them to there drop trading spot and steal the money. -Leave a trail into a house and lock them in. -Teleblock them in the wilderness. Common macro spots: -Rimmington yews -Rimmington willows -Port sariam willows and yew -Varrock yews -Varrock essance mine -Green dragons -Cosmic respawn in the iced part of the wildy -Rimmington and all other arrow shops -Magic shops -Draynor willows -Cathbary and fishing guide lobster spots -World 1,2&3 auto trading
  9. You can log off while fighting, if you close the screen *You do not say logged in!* But you will auto die depending on which monster it is, say you might not die if you're fighting a rat at level 90.
  10. Jagex should make randoms, with 'random names' becuase they detect if a random is near them by there name. The same as the detect if there is a tree near them. Shutting doors on them is also usefull.
  11. Of course not.. If you have read the rules and it's not in there then they wont ban you, Jagex don't have secret rules you know.
  12. Some thing need to be done, I would say andrew and paul left a few years ago becuase now the mods never come to my partys, talk to the players or even know what they are doing. I don't think the mature attitude is connected the the jagex staff that much, i've put the blame on alot of things: Over population - Servers being over crowded and people not sticking to there homeworlds Fansites - :-w Jagex tryes to compete with fansites now and I fell they take the adventure out of the game, where as if you do not folow guide you get left behind High level community - We seem to have breaken away from the newplayers, normaly becuase some low lvl players can be.. you know. Tho more and more high level noobs are coming in not know what they are doing. Rule breakers - There are some people who don't play for fun now, they go around trading accounts, useing bots and think they are realy cook (werid, maybe it's the same people who needed cheat for every game when I was 8) Parents - Partents go around spareding rumors and breaking the rules themselves and then maoning when the child gets banned. and jagex customes support is not great either. (Sorry for the spelling) ~nashy~
  13. Back on-topic my 8 year old brother plays runescape (picked it up off me  ) and now all him 8 yearold friends play to tho most games involve them standing in a feild saying "moo" over and over. Most kids are used to being able to cheat a game (I never did it but alot of people find that fun :| ) That is why people are being dragged into account trading, money buying and scamming. The parents seem to know less than the 8- players themselves tho. If anyone would like to see what I meen search "Runescape" in Google groups - I'm not sure if thats allowed so edit it for me if it's not.
  14. ^To the post above^ Alot of players asked for a skill like hunter as it's a skill where you can show of how focused and how hard you train. Not everyone is like this (not many people at all) but some people jsut want a skill that will take a long time to train and will have no real rewards (so you can be one of the few with a high level in it). Firemaking is totaly different and effect the opposit type of players, firemaking was useful before when there was no mas coooking in rouges den or on ranges, you would start a fire when you were low of food from fighting. Times have changed but firemaking used to be a skill that just went up depending on how long you had been exploring, not a skill that you had to "train".
