Does anyone know the best way to produce a static charge so i go round poking my family and friends and give them a static shock becuase i am running out of funny things to do when i bored and i am stomped on how i can produce one.

You could always do what i do to my sister.... Stick a password on his pc when there out. Or you could be a little more friendly and remove the ethernet cable from his pc. That if he is connected to the router by one.

Now this is a very good idea. The only problem i think is that it should have the attack sign becuase it would make it to cluttered if you was to have 5 skills up at once. Maybe if it goes after you make want to see a second skill then that wouldn't be much of problem. It is a very nice idea. \
