:roll: Yes we all know someone was talking about franzk :? ~ but if you notice before that we were talking about mendark 9 as he's the closest to being 99 in all f2p stats :shock: which was brought up before on page 1... Someone mentioned that you couldn't know if someone had #-o - I was saying that you could know if there was :| & there wasn't yet any f2p that had all 99's yet! Mendark 9 is the closest to that & no mendark isn't 126 combat as someone pointed out because he doesn't have 99 prayer - and franzk isn't the only one f2p 126 combat though, I've met several personally! :notalk: (& I'm thankful that they couldn't attack me in 46 wild when I was mining runite!) (because I'm currently only 71 combat! ~ I have kept combat "low" :boohoo: because I didn't want more high lvl pkers attacking me while I was trying to mine runite... :shame: thanks for your time in not really reading what everyone else was talking about though :wall:

The only f2p 126 Look up Mendark 9 in Highscores he has 80 prayer...not exactly 126 but theres still some out there. Ya I was thinking of Mendark 9... I know a couple f2p guys that have 99 stats: one is named bemetal (but I don't remember what # he has after his name) & then darth joker is 99 mining - used to sell me tons of ores & bars (is why my smithing is higher than my mining)

You can know for sure - No there isn't anyone last I checked... I've checked and this is how you would find out ~ if you multiply 99 times 15 (the # of f2p skills) then you get 1485... if you check the high scores and search by rank until you get to the players that have 1485 levels, you'll see that none of them have all 99 stats. (they would be at the top of the list) Search overall rank for like 50,000 and if it's not close try 60,000. When you are close use the arrows to scroll. Once you get to 1485 and no one is there, then you have to search for the top person with 1484 total lvls. It was about a month ago that I looked but the closest that anyone had was (I think it was about) 1470 total lvls (all f2p) and he needed to get 90 prayer up & some RC lvls. But all other skills were 99. I can't remember his name but I think that it would be cool to have all 99 f2p skills... It took me about an hour to search and it was only because I could access the high scores at work but couldn't play the game. Now I can't access runescape at all at work but I can access here.
