If ur runecrafting lvl is high enuff to runecraft say more than 1 air rune per essence to u get exp for the extra airs u runecraft?

I just got my magic up to lvl 43 where i can superheat. My smithing is lvl 57 now so would it be good to start superheating now or wait til i can smith addy instead?
