I know you have some, but Iron is one of the fastest things to powermine.
I'd just buy the coal, then you'd make ~305gp for each bar you smelt/turn the steel bars into cannon balls.
So what I'd do is buy the coal for that 6k iron you have, smelt/turn those steel bars into cannon balls, powermine iron (bank if you'd like?) and repeat.

Is there even a profit from fly fishing at Shilo?
People do buy the raw fish for cooking exp.
Possibly even the cooked fish for cheap food.
Crap, I didn't want to go against you again, but, not many people buy it cooked, but you are indeed right for raw trout/salmon - lots of f2p players buy it, or check the forums for deticated players going for 99 cooking, they may just take the raw fish off your hands.

If it shows up in The "Equipement Stats" screen, it's a stat.
One last thing, it doesn't show up in the "Equipement Stats" screen, it does however show up in the "Equipment Stats" screen O:)

Powermine iron, and drop it, buy steel bars and make cannon balls, you'll make gp from the cannon balls (about 200gp each per bar if the prices are the same from before The Grand Exchange).

I don't think Jad has any defence, so just bring Runite bolts.

Well, you've cut out runecrafting, there are many other skills, take a few friends down to willow trees and cut for an hour, then head on over to the fishing guild ect, or.. Go outside, the graphics own Runescape tbh 8-)

I achieved my goal of a fire cape with the following stats.
70 attack.
70 strength.
70 defense.
70 ranged.
44 prayer.
60 magic.
So if I can - you can

Its lighter than platelegs, weight is a stat.
Remind me again how weight effects you're attack/strength/defense, or how you train weight.

It's a stat of the item. It affects your energy, so I don't see why it shouldn't be counted.
Because it can't be trained.

After 80, I'm going to train just defense, I kinda see the same as you, I can hit ~25's with no prayer, what's the point?

It's possible, I got my fire cape with 70 range and 44 prayer.
Used rune/dragon bolts, but it's possible.

Probably around 1m xp, but be warned - THE BONE CROSSBOW HAS BEEN NERFED. It now fires as slowly as a regular crossbow (Check the knowledge base if you don't believe me) It is no longer worth training with, the xp/hour is around 20k at high range levels.
I can get more then that at blue dragons - banking.

If your using maples for fletching your wasting gp.
Cut willows in Catherby, cut them into long bows, and go deposit them in the bank, repeat.
For fire making - then is when you want to use your willows.

Go do barrows with 62 defense and no other melee/range/magic/prayer stats ranked.

I know this question has been answered but I must say this - I love how people tell others to use proper grammar, when they don't themselves.
If you knew how to use proper grammar, you'd capitalize "Please".
