Great Idea, I support. Also..Perhaps people want to be jerks and reply ALOT (which usually results in the post being locked) Maybe your in-game Ignore list would be able to correspond with the messages sent to you from the forum and/or prevent thoes certain people from posting on your thread?

I believe i began playing in Feb or March of 01. I was at the library with my sister and heard a bunch of people playing the game all excited so i went over to see what they were playing, heard the name Runescape and kinda ignored it till I was bored one day and decided to look it up. Low and behold I made a character and started playing it...The longer I played the more addicted I was. Yea, sad to say, my grades suffered a bit due to my over-involvment in the game, and I was forced to take HS classes at the college to be able to graduate in time. I met ALOT of people in my RS "career" and most of them for the better. I finally decided to go for 99 in all combat stats and after MANY weeks of AFKING at undeads, I got there (ok so maybe AFK training wasnt legit, but COMMON! atleast I NEVER autoed Phazex...I did how ever make a couple pkers that were autoed using AR...great program by the way) So I finally accomplished my goals of 99 att def str and hp in FEB 2004 (I think?) just a month or so before release of RS2. Shortly thereafter I was banned in March of 04 and then quit playing for about 3 and a half years. (Now Im playing on my pker[dont worry this one was legit]) Once I was banned and I had quit, I finally got my head out of my "ACE" and got my life going. Im now currently 21 years old (22 next may) and I am working as a surveillance supervisor in a casino. My girlfriend and I are going on our 2nd year together very soon, I finally have the vehicle Ive always wanted (lifted 98 jeep cherokee on 31's with (4) 12"s) and a place of my own. I think that my experiance growing up playing runescape has helped me and hindered me at the same time... Given the chance to do it again, I would have concentrated more on schooling rather than leveling, but like they say, hindsight is 20/20. Hope others of you have been atleast as lucky as me to have found a path in life. Great sharing my story :)

Man i love the old RS days...This is PHAZEX by the way I admit, Ive logged from people, but then again i was never a big pker anyways, just when i was asked to go or bored. Typically I wouldnt log, I would just run my best but like I said, I have logged. I dont know why i didnt, probably would have had more fun just dying than logging.. I can remember 1 person I ALWAYS logged from, that was POKEY, 2 reasons..he was an INSANE catcher and 2 I loved how he flipped out every time I did log...made my day everytime i saw him flipping out on new era and stuff.. From all thoes people I faced I can remember i only hated less than a handful of people, 0ddball and Eugene Ru from what i remember were the 2 worst.. Other than that, great reading up on old people, nice seeing some old faces adx, meetur, and fook, among others. -PHAZEX

Ok just to calify some things King Leonardo 100% agree, these people (most of them were in KBD...anyone remember that?) were absolutly insane. They would rock anyone hard. Awesome list! Also, ZONGHUI was the FIRST person to 99 hits, although, Ladykilljoy had passed him and was hundreds of exp away from leveling, but was nice enough to let zonghui get 99 first, because he led for so very long. Also, to add, KXB was the highest ranger inthe game for a very long period of time (somewhere in the range of 94) but was banned when the first banning of [Caution: Hack-Scam Site] was made. Rumors were that he killed himself shortly after, nothing confirmed though. X Shadow X Very good pker with 99 strength, pked most of the time, great person to know if you liked to stay alive in wild. He would attack an enemy for you even if he was no food and 10 hp (knowing he would lose all his stuff) just to save your stuff. Zar Family2 and Max333 One of the biggest rivalries in runescape after p2p came out. They hated each other with a passion and both of them died to each other probably in the range for 2-3 times a day. Awesome people, Awesome pkers. Angel2002 Aka I Wicked I One of the best catchers of all time, This guy could even catch diagonal, and if he did, you were pretty much going to be walking from Lumb in a very short time. Charlie187 Everyones favorite person...to hate. Most people hated him because he was a decent pker, everyone else hated him because hew dint no houw tew spel. He told me he misspelled his name 20 or so times while trying to log on (more than a couple times) all around good person though. XxcavalierxX - one of the first merchants in the game. This man basically invented 1 def pures (although still is argued about). Was very interested in character builds and found many stat builds that tend to be better than others. Many more people in this list, but I can't remember all. I was never a legend for any skill, but i would say a huge amount of people playing runescape knew me or knew of me.

Im sure this has already been said, but I suppose I will recap: Jagex is user friends, reason they made this rule is because every time someone would look at a page on here (or elsewhere) that had a poster with the Dynamic stats, it drew bandwidth from the runescape website. What the rule says that you can still have thoes dynamic stats, but you must update them yourself (IF YOU ARE REALLY WORRIED ABOUT PEOPLE SEEING YOUR STATS, THEN I THINK YOU CAN TAKE THE FEW SECONDS TO CLICK A BUTTON!). He also stated that stat look ups like the stat calcs on Tip.It was fine because it only took bandwidth when someone put their name in, not every time someone looked on a page with someone (and many times multiple people) with the dynamic stats. This to me seems fair, It will promote faster loading and less lag on the servers that we play the game on (which is the reason we're even on this website anyways right?) My 2 cents -Phazey

My first day on Runescape..Hmm I cant really remember much of what I did, but I do remember turning my character to "hostile" (i think thats what they called it) and walking around thinking I was a badass in lumb. (what I didnt know is you couldnt be attacked in lumb, only once you stepped outside of the town.) So I walked around a bit, and right as I stepped out of town, somewhere between lumb and dray, i got slaugtered. So I logged off and logged back on a few days later, turning my status to "unhostile?" everything from then on, is a blur
