Mourning's end part 2, Regicide, Sheep herder and One small favour

I have seen a guy around level 85-88 (I don't remember exactly). He was a nice hybrid (99 mage and range). I asked him how did he got it at that level and he said by PC.

No to the first 2 but yes to the 3rd one since my friends and I PK together a lot.
