  1. When we got to Hyvee, I was told to grab a cart, and I ended up pushing it into the end of a checkout lane and knocking out a bagging thing. An obnoxious guy from my school came over and harassed me about it, and I laughed even though I was definitely embarassed. I'm not good in grocery stores, I have a history.
  2. Next was food time, headed to Arby's to visit friend's brother. Grandma ordered some cinnamon things, me and friend both got melts, friend got pop, I got cup for water, grandma got senior coffee. Friend's brother rung it up and didn't charge for the coffee and made the pop ring up as small. My friend paid with her visa gift card from her trip, and when she tried to lie to her grandma and say it was going to expire soon, her brother didn't get it and blurted out that it didn't expire till 2013. We sat and ate, trying to figure out if we knew one of the guys working there, we did. My friend almost kicked me with her heels (it bothered me that she was wearing them, I didn't like her being taller than me - she's just a tiny bit shorter than me, and usually I'm with people who are a lot shorter, which is odd because I'm not tall). Finished food, headed to Hyvee.
  3. We got out to her grandma's and her grandma couldn't get the curling iron to heat up and then couldn't find her glasses. Ohwell. Then we went to Dollar Tree, where her grandma bought a bunch of cleaning crap and whatever else she needed. Next stop was at Kwik Trip, to get an onion, a couple glazed donuts, and scratch-off lottery tickets. Yeah this is the point of cool story bro, her grandma's shopping.
  4. Anyway, I went home to change, checked in with mommy, and went back over. We had to take the car to the Walmart for an oil change, then shopping time. Went to the Walmart, got her car to the auto thing there, and started pacing around the store. We decided we don't like pacing there, Target is much prettier and it's a lot easier to spend time there. We went and visited our favorite banker and checked her account balance after she spent $300 in NY last week. Then, we went and sat in the waiting place for her car to be done and headed to her grandma's. It's Monday, I dislike this.
  5. She lives with her grandma during the week. I should give a couple more details at this time. It's her great grandma. She and her brother originally lived out there to go to school atthe same place they'd been going, and then her brother moved out of there and came to live with his parents full time rather than just on the weekends. But now my friend has to take her 86 year old great grandma shopping and to all the places she needs to go, because that should definitely be up to the 17 year old. Oh, she's been driving her grandma around since she was 15, it's no big deal now to be helping a woman who has had a minor stroke, two falls, and numerous occasions of forgetfulness.
  6. We got up, her obnoxious family was all up already of course. She gave out the rest of her gifts and we sat watching TV and stuff, she was walking around constantly blowing her nose (which was the reason she was awake and the reason she was propped up the previous night - couldn't breathe through her nose). She pulled her car up so her dad could look at it because it's been funky lately and we called her grandma to see if she needed to shop. inb4coolstorybro - I'm not a bro anyway though.
  7. 8:30 AM rolls around, I was half asleep but rolling over and I ended up face to face with her and her eyes were open too. Both of us did that whole close your eyes and deny you're awake thing, but then she started talking. It was 8:30. I had no business being up, the earliest I'd been up all week was at 10 the day before because she called me (to ask what she ha planned on drawing. Yeah, thanks for waking me up, jerk (ironic - what she had planned on drawing was something with "a jerk is a tug, a tug is a boat, a boat goes on water, water is nature, nature is beautiful) even though her wakeup call was somewhat appreciated). She told me I could go back to sleep, but she'd already woken me up fully by carrying on a conversation with me and besides, she was laying there staring at me, freaked me out.
  8. At like 1:30 I was falling asleep and I look over to see her propped up on her elbow. It was dark, so I couldn't tell if her eyes were open, but I figured they weren't when she started to nod off. After her head bobbed several times (causing the water bed to move), I told her to "lay down and go to sleep like a normal person". She listened. I fell asleep.
  9. I paced a lot Friday night waiting for my friend to text me that she was back, she did just before 11, told me to come stay over. So I did, she showed me everyone's gifts, admitted she didn't get me anything, showed me pictures, told me stories, and we caught up. It was like 12:30 when she was falling asleep, I was still quite awake due to the fact that I hardly ever sleep before that time, let alone during the week of spring break. So I just played my iPod, made a new playlist, and tried to get comfortable on her water bed.
  10. So, since I've been having a life these last couple days sort of, I'd like to take this opportunity to share my life story.
  11. I couldn't think of what the name was of the Adam Sandler remake of a football movie was. Googled, "The Longest Yard". Saw it through a couple times, but most of the time I just saw the beginning and then deepdarksecret. I haven't seen "Health Inspector" all the way through due to deepdarksecret.
  12. I'd go bed if Finnegan wasn't asleep in it and all that junk
  13. I have socks, I now have my toes up my pants sort of, behind my knees.
