jagex will never email you so email is probably keylogged. if there was a glich you shouldn't use it in your advantage, you could get banned.

don't climb ropes, they will just bring you to surface, only thing you have to climb is climb-down leader at end of each lvl

there is also a tanner in crafting guild, but that one in Al-kharid is much closer to bank
