I dont think f2p needs team capes. If they want to have a team or something in the wilderness they could just wear a yellow cape or red or other color.Jagex made team capes as a reason for you to pay for membership and they will probably leave them like that as a way to bring you in. I don't see how it would help f2p. Just wear a colored cape...

A Biography on Noobs The Noob The newbie, or noob as some call them, is a new player, sometimes called froob, choob, froobcake, or many other names are people who do dumb things, in this guide i will tell you how to prevent noobs, and the types of noob Part I- The Dumb Noob This is the most common noob kind, either having stayed in lumbridge too long, and not seen runescape, or just started with mental disabilities. This noob will ask questions to anyone over level 80, sometimes over level 50, even some noobs just ask when they see sum1 wearing rune. This noob has not been found a cure yet, unless your name is "[developmentally delayed]001" or something of the like Part II- The Beggar Noob This species of noob is found in banks, begging for items from people wearing good armor, or rare things. This noob is often poor, trying to find a easy way for money, or just too dang lazy to make money on its own. There IS a cure for this noob, its mostly common sense but some people do not get it. All you do to avoid this noob is sell stuff in small amounts, wear robes when selling stuff or just find a bank without beggars. Part III- The "Stalker" Noob WARNING!!!!! This noob is EXTREMELY dangerous to your health this noob will follow you until you log out, hop worlds, or teleport. This sucks for most pures, that do not have teleport mage levels. to avoid, wear robes at ALL TIMES besides combat Part IV- The Macro Noob also known as an 'autoer' these noobs will steal your mining spots, woodcutting spot, and just about every other spot WITHOUT any remorse. This is the 'evil' noob, as most noobs have feelings...these..don't. to avoid, report to jagex multiple times and eventually will be safe. Part V- The High Level Noob These are the most shameful people in all of runescape. They think they higher than god and that they can boss anyone around, but when they meet a true pker...they wet themselves. It is a true embarrassment to all of runescape, and noobs of all kind. to prevent this from happening, don't use HL Noob language, such as "0\/\/NT P10X!" this includes all types of "1337" speech, which will be covered on my next part... Part VI- The 1337 Noob This is the scariest noob in all runescape that i have researched, these are the noobs that talk like "0|\/|G!!!one!!one!!!shifteleven11!!! 1 j|_|5T P\/\/NT D4T N33B!!!!!!" , in some cases... this is the scary part... the say this.."|_|R 4 N00B, N00B" which makes me sad. to avoid this noob, put him on ignore Part VII- The Prayer Noob This is a combat noob. This noob will use protection prayer, protect from melee, ranged, and mage to win fights dishonorably. This noob, used in an example, would get owned in 5 seconds if they went to a shaolin temple, which is totally structured on honor. to avoid this noob, just put prayer on, or full veracs and own him Part VIII- The Lazy Noob This is a noob who does nothing all day. He is the kind that sits there in castle wars scratching his butt, or the one that repairs gates during pc. If this noob was in danger of his life, he would gasp, look around... pick his nose, and scratch his butt until he was sent into oblivion Part IIX- The Desperate Noob These are very shameful people. They are the ones who ask to be your gf and or bf just for free cash. this is despicable, to avoid......theres two ways, either say your the same gender as them or just add them to ignore Part IX- The Item noob Item noobs. The ones that go and ask you what it is you're wearing and then go "oh iv seen that stoofs sell for-" like at least 400k less than the actual value. To avoid these noobs, bring your heavy weapons... aka the rubber chicken Part X- The Scamming Noobs This species will often team up with people that don't fall into any actually category of noob other than the one that they put themselves in by participating with scamming noobs. Scamming noobs will try to sell worthless items for insane prices (like spider on a stick for 1m with their partner saying they're buying spider on a stick for 3m). These are usually quite easy to spot out, so if you report them and expose their scam so that others report them too, you should be fine. Part XI- The Rich Noob WARNING!!! These Noobs are EXTREMELY dangerous to financial funds These are probably the strangest type of noob i have seen, these are the noobs with the phats in w 2. Mostly seen doing the veracs scam with 2 skirts instead of a helm. Part XII- The Spam Noob This noob is especially annoying. in all my days i have not seen anything like this. this is the noob that will say random things while wc, fishing etc. Things like 'yo mamas so fat she ate a sandwich!!! OOOOOOH!!!'...and also.. m least favorite, the old space enter space enter over and over again. then theres the lolololololololololololololollollolololololololololol ones...
