I asked for manpower in return for diamonds, which is still open for negotiations, however my resources are a bit stretched these days, and I will need some time before this deal can take place. Unless of course, you feel like sending me some troops for my own conquering benefits. I also wanted a mutual truce of both non-aggresion and free trade. What are your terms? I give you troops if you supply me with the right amount of diamonds. I will use my handful of available airplanes to send you a fair amount of diamonds in coming months, but at the moment alot of them are being sent elsewhere. Expect the shipment within a year and a half. Unless Israel is willing to supply you with my diamonds to speed the process (as they are cutting them and making them more valuable). We shall see. Make them be delivered faster or I wont do the trade.

Yes it does, it counts as a blue hit. When doing fills or just hitting before the song starts, the blue pad plays as a blue tom while the orange cymbal plays as a blue cymbal. You can use either when hitting the notes. I use the cymbal for cymbal hits all the time so it definitely does work. And of course the yellow cymbal is used as a pad, considering there is no yellow pad on WT drums. Makes rolls awkward. Then something must be wrong with my kit as my orange cymbal doesnt do [cabbage].

Ok since my oil is in demand I need an offer that will set you above the other countries. I already have a country (who will remain anonymous) who is talking to me in PM about offering me a lot of things for it. I am willing to sell to the "highest bidder" if you will say ;) . I seem to get a lot of people offering agriculture. Please note I am NOT looking for any agricultural advancements as of now, as I am looking for more technology.

Using RB drums just merges the orange notes with the blue. (Similarly, using WT drums with RB just makes the blue pad and orange cymbal the same.) And yes. I don't actually own any of the RB instruments >_> I just use the GH ones. Actually, when using a GHWT kit on RB its the yellow cymbal that is used instead of the yellow pad. The orange cymbal doesnt do anything.

News from Russia: One of my miners has struck more oil. Don't exactly know what to do with this at the moment. Guess I will be taking reasonable offers.

I agree completely. With my technology and economy coupled with your considerable human resources, our alliance would be incredibly strong. If Russia were to join us too, then we would be free to control Asia as is our right. Then I would like to alliance with Japan. I already have a couple alliances, I hope 3 isn't too many. If I want another alliance I'll probably consider dropping another country I have allianced. I think we need to focus on gaining alliance with Russia and creating some sort of Asian superforce. But only if necessary to defend from the other forces. Now I'll really get off tif for the night. :lol: Dungeonal can create a name for the Asians if he wants and I'll see in the morning. In regards with Russian alliance, I will agree as so long if no one of the countries in the group takes total power as being the "best one" and that in the even of war due to a western country against one of our countries, we will help our own.

Can't have the hassle of protecting trivial countries like Cuba. Russia is a no-go.

Did you give any thought to joining Norway in creating Nopec (the non OPEC oil cartel)? I'm up for that. There is a lot of oil here and I want to make intelligent choices with it.

MY PLANS FOR RUSSIA: Ok my complete list for Russia: ECONOMY: Everyone will start out making $15.50 an hour (American money will be printed and used as the main currency). If a person is in a "higher up" position (say, working at a prestigious part of the Russian Government) they can make more at the my discretion. GOVERNMENT: I will be the ruler in Russia, although I will hire very rich officials to do jobs in order to keep Russia running smoothly. (Similar to a "cabinet" in the US government). I shall make sure the only people who I appoint can be trusted very well, as I do not want to get overthrown. IN THE EVENT OF WAR: Russia and it's allies (upon agreeing) will attack the country that provoked it and will keep fighting until the country that provoked goes into submission. LAW: Guards will be located on many of the well known parts of Russia where crime is reported a lot. The guards will kill anybody who severely breaks a law or puts the guards life at risk. Trivial crimes will result in the guard taking the criminal directly to jail where they would be put on trial. FIRST PLANS: Forming an alliance with China, Saudi Arabia, Japan and Germany. Has anyone forgotten about my rule of Russia? With my all powerful communist military, I can crush any country that stands in my way. I have already killed the weak and pacifist people in my country and plan on making military leaders of the strongest members of Russia. But, since I don't want the whole world to attack Russia at once, I will form an alliance with any western nation that needs my protection or that wants to fight together incase of a surprise attack from the US or such countries. I will not attack without a fair warning and only for good reason. With power there has to be honor.
